Spacious home featuring a large master bedroom suite on ground level with King, sitting area with TV, private ensuite including washer/dryer and exterior access to oceanfront and pool. A second full-size refrigerator can also be found on the ground level for less trips to the grocery store. On the second level you’ll find a spacious living area with gas fireplace, cable TV, full bath, dining room and kitchen as well as an additional sitting room with TV off the main living area. The third level offers 2 King bedrooms with private ensuites and two rooms with 2 single beds in each sharing a jack and jill bathroom. All top floor bedrooms have private deck access and ocean views. An additional wash/dryer is located in hallway. Wireless high speed Internet access. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including Adirondack chairs. Picnic table, gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, two garages. We do have our properties treated regularly to keep such pests at bay, but from time to time additional treatment is necessary.
