Most units have in-room jacuzzi and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are front peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 2 and 4 are back oceanfront “peg” lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.

Under furnished kitchen, outdated entertainment systems, blocks for twin mattresses, great view. Unit needs to be better maintained. Dryer fails to function properly

Thank you for your review. Please let us know if kitchen items are needed during your stay as we do keep an inventory of some items and can provide them for your use. We do also have a fully staffed maintenance department so we can promptly respond and work to resolve maintenance issues such as that of the dryer. I hope you enjoyed your time in Emerald Isle and will come again.

Thank you for sharing your vacation experience with us. The third floor the Pier Pointe and West condos does require some stair climbing, but once at the top the views are unmatched. I have asked our housekeeping department to inventory the kitchen supplies, so the owner is aware of what needs to be added/replaced. Thank you for your feedback and please come again.
