Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters . 15’ x 33’ swimming pool (shared) and private hot tub (both are available May through September and pool will be heated through the season at no charge), enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Reverse floor plan with fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 Roku enabled Smart TVs including Spectrum television streaming app, Bose stereo system, wireless high speed Internet access, permanently mounted hair dryers in each full bath, water softener. Spacious recreation/game room on lower level with full size refrigerator, card table and foosball table. Ocean and sound view, covered porch with furniture, gas grill. Professionally landscaped. Directly across from beach access. Weekly rentals only during season. Available year-round. No smoking. Small dogs allowed with $150 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, under 25 lbs, no cats). 3114 Ocean Drive.
