Duplex, 3 BR, 2 B. K * D * 2S * QSS. Island Club linens provided. 11’ x 27’ saline swimming pool (shared). Heated pool is available for an additional $450 per week. Kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Washer/dryer, 3 cable TVs (2 Smart TVs, 1 in living area and 1 in kitchen), 2 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout, water softener. Connecting door convenient for families renting both sides. Excellent ocean and sound views from high second row lot. Private decks (front and rear) on both levels with porch rockers and shared picnic table. Charcoal grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower and foot wash, garage, basketball court. Plentiful parking. Easy beach access and one block from sound access for kayak or small boat launch. Ten percent discount when you rent both sides. Owner's apartment on ground level may be occupied. Available year-round. No smoking. Pets allowed with $125 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum). 1209 Emerald Drive.

This almost oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pool fees are not included in discounted monthly rates. Optional pool fees $350/month.
