Stewards House is a very comfortable property situated on a working farm near the coastal village of Stamford. The house is finished to a very high standard with contemporary fixtures and fittings and country furnishings. The property backs onto cattle sheds where the farmer feeds once a day by tractor (Nov-May). There is activity during harvest time and may be calving in the sheds in spring. It is not a dairy farm so no early wakeups but the opportunity to see a working farm up close has proved a great attraction. Wall to rear encloses the back of the house from the farm yard. Across the road there is a large orchard (approx. 1/3 acre) with picnic tables and there is dedicated parking for up to 4 cars. There are two pubs nearby.

Games room with pool, suitable for storing outdoor equipment (bikes), benches, games cupboard, books and DVDs.

Shower room with shower, WC, basin and underflooring heating.

Large south facing entrance porch with table and chairs for 4 people to sit.

Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.

Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds.

Bedroom 4 with king size bed.

Shower room with double shower, WC and basin.

Bathroom with large double ended bath, hand shower, WC and basin.

Small gravelled patio area and planted garden at the front of house with table and chairs for 4 people. Across the road is a large orchard and two picnic tables which will comfortably seat 10 people. Outside drying area. Oil central heating. All power, starter fuel for stoves and bed linen included in rent. Private parking for up to 4 cars. Welcome tray with tea, coffee, milk and wine. Reductions for smaller groups.
