"Fantastic holiday in a beautiful house"
The house was exactly as described. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The small touches like tea coffee and milk being in the cupboard on our arrival was very much appreciated. The whole complex was well laid out and the swimming pool large and very quiet during our stay. There was no problem relaxing in the fantastic weather on one of the many sunbeds. We did not hire a car and walked to the promenade many times where we were spoilt by the choice of restaurants to eat in. Karen was extremely helpful and made the booking process easy. She helped us with all the queries we had and made sure we had a great time. We would certainly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves one day.

"What a amazing house"
Karen was helpful from the start, sending us a list of useful numbers was a nice touch for someone like me who doesn't like going abroad that much! We used Andy's taxis for our transfers, he also got us in contact with a local company about a hire car 25€ per day! From start to finish Karen was a amazing help very friendly and keen to help with whatever she could. I would totally recomend this house to anyone! We will defo be going back! We went to the waterpark quite a lot, was about a 5-10 minute drive, had a family pass which we brought online before we went. The kids loved the pool at the house too a stone throw away from the house it was like having our own private pool, was very quiet, No fighting for sun loungers was just great. We ate at the harbour (which was a 5 minute drive) and the old part of town ( 2minute drive) We ate out every night for around 50€ per meal which for a family of 5 we didn't think was too bad. I have told my family and friends about this house, it was just beautiful. If your looking for a chilled out time with great places to eat we would recomend here. Loved loved loved it.

What an amazing house this is we could not fault anything. The complex is spotless and the pools were fab, very quiet at times but we enjoyed having a pool to ourselves. We hired a car which was great for us as was certainly too hot to be walking far even in the evenings was very warm and humid. Would definately stay here again. We stayed at Aphrodite Hills last year in a private apartment which although was lovely we found this house was much better location wise and definately better value for money without compromising on the home luxuries that this house also had to offer.

"Great relaxing holiday, beautiful accommodation!"
Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 1 week in July and it was a terrific stay. The accommodation was fantastic, very spacious and modern with everything we needed. The pool was very big and was very quiet so on more than one occasion we had it all to ourselves. The harbor was a short walk (approximately 15/20 minutes) with a great variety of restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket just behind the harbor and we found it had everything we needed - there is a mini market near to the accommodation but it is very expensive so only really good for getting the paper. As for Karen and Neil the owners, they were superb! We were provided with information sheets prior to our stay and were given a list of all relevant contacts from taxi numbers to concierge and to top it off Sheena (a local contact) was available to help when we needed. Overall we would highly recommend staying here!

"Amazing and Relaxing"
My girlfriend and I spent a week at Karen's house in June 2014. The weather was fantastic and so was the house. Very modern, comfortable and has everything you need. The development itself is very clean, swimming pools are amazing with infinity pools! Plenty of sun beds too. 15 minute walk to paphos harbour with all restaurants and bars. We will definitely be booking with Karen again soon.

"The best apartment I've stayed in."
An apartment in a great location, awesome swimming pool and very high quality interior. Location Set in a great location being only a 15 min walk down to bar street and the harbour area, there are 2 mini markets a 5 minute walk down the road (turn left out the complex gates). There is a bus (number 603) that runs past the complex, in the day it stops outside the mini market at twenty to the hour and after 4pm it stops at ten past the hour. This will take you to the main bus station in the harbour which you can then get a bus to pretty much anywhere. They only do singles at €1.50 whic is the cheapest option if you are just going there and back, but if you wish to travel on numerous buses then you can get an all day pass at €5. Apartment The quality of this place is amazing. Everything you could possibly need is provided, even down to the fact it has english plug sockets. The layout is great with an open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge. The furnishing is to an excellent standard and set out very well. You have english TV and wifi which is very useful for researching places to visit. There is air con in each room but the only down side to this is that they are set to a timer so turn off every hour which is rather annoying in the night. I do believe this is a requirement though to reduce power consumption and there is also ceiling fans in the bedrooms which do help and stay on. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom upstairs (with an actual bath) and an en-suite is the double room. Only downside to the bedrooms is that the beds are hard and gave me a bad back. Complex The site itself is very well set out and looks awesome. Its a shame the bar, shops and spa are not completed yet but this did not really bother us but I do believe this will just make this complex out of this world. The swimming pool is awesome, pretty much every day we were the only people around it, it was like having our own private pool that is massive. The temperature of the pool is lovely, sometimes its like getting into a bath. If you do get a taxi here, a lot of them are not sure where it is as its quite new, if you tell them its in the universal area they will know where you mean. Owners/Communication From start to finish I can not fault the owners. From initial contact I phoned Karen and had a lovely conversation with her and then from there on her communication was often and in depth. Any questions I had she was happy to help and provided me with all the information I needed. She also put me in contact with a lady called Denise that provided us with an airport transfer which made our life easier and was for a very good price, cheaper than the taxis. Paphos Paphos is a lovely place to visit, if you go down bar street then just ignore this, it does look a mess and most of the bars are closedbut just head for the harbour area as this is much nicer and it has some lovely restaurants. Try The imperial for chinese, probably the best one Ive been to. Alea is great for watching the sunset and the food is lovely. A bit further a field is Fikardos which is near The avanti hotel, a lovely restaurant and they sell their own wine which is really nice so much so we brought some back with us. All in all we had a great time and I imagine once the complex is finished we will be back again.

"Excellent luxury accomodation"
We were very impressed with the accommodation . High quality furnishings, everything you would need is available. Very clean, bright and airy. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained. Comfortable sunbeds always available. There are no arranged poolside activities however this was preferred as it allowed for a quiet relaxing holiday where we made our own entertainment. A 15 minute walk and you reach the harbour area with plenty shops, restaurants and bars...particularly good food at 'Alea' ... A trendy , busy , atmospheric bar/ restaurant On the corner , on beach front next to KFC. Entertainment in many bars, tribute shows etc... Always something happening somewhere. All in all we had a lovely holiday staying in excellent accommodation and with excellent communication before, during and after our stay. Thank you Karen and Neil

"Excellent, beautiful location, immaculate townhouse, amazing place to stay, quiet with 2 large pools on site and local shop just"
We stayed here for 2 weeks in July, had a fantastic time, townhouse is more than fully equipped with everything you need from 2 cool bags to candles and so much more, owner extremely accommodating with extra z bed for toddler, spacious bedrooms for 2 big boys, large patio and garden to play in, very safe. Wifi was excellent for our phones/iPads and tablets, Internet tv was good too, DVD player also for lunchtime time breaks, kitchen had everything we needed and more, plenty of crockery etc, large table for everyone to sit at, we stayed in for tea a few nights and had everything we needed. Townhouse was perfect, would highly recommend and would love to come back next week!

"Perfect place to relax"
The property is situated on a luxurious complex. The pool areas are ideal to relax in and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Gardeners attend to the plants on a daily basis and there is an abundance of herb boarders which give a lovely aroma as you walk around. The town house we found to be also spotless and very well equipped. Tastefully furnished and had everything that you needed. Outside there is a lovely patio area with sun loungers which gets the sun all day long. The TV system is state of the art and we were able to watch English TV with no problems. There was also the added benefit of free Wifi which was handy for catching up with emails etc. We were able to walk into the town and to the beach which was approximately 1 mile away (15mins) walk. We also hired a car which was useful to visit other areas of the island. There is small kiosk/supermarket 5mins walk away where you can get bread, milk, papers etc from. There is a very good restaurant nearby 'Pambis' again, about 5 mins which serves really excellent food and good value for money. You can have just a drink there if you want to. Overall, we would rate our holiday as excellent as we were relaxed in a comfortable environment and visited Paphos and nearby areas that we wanted to see. Plus, the weather was excellent for the time of year 26 degrees C. The only negative thing that we could envisage is that it would probably not suit anybody with walking difficulties unless they wanted to spend their holiday on the complex or hired a car.
