With open views to the surrounding Highlands of Scotland, the log cabin is set within enchanting grounds.

Follow the path at the end of the garden and you will find yourself on the Speyside Way; a 50 mile footpath that leads from the Moray Firth, with its beautiful beaches and fishing villages, through to the stunning Grampian.

The cabin is equipped with a modern microwave/combination oven, satellite TV, DVD player, inclusive Wi-Fi broadband, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and electric heating.

We offer secure cycle and sports equipment cleaning and storage facilities .

The modern bathroom has an instant heat shower cubicle and there are two double bedrooms, both with double beds.

The lounge and kitchen offer contemporary fittings along with a warming wood burner in the lounge.

Please note there is a Combination Oven/Microwave for cooking purposes, rather than a traditional Oven with Hob.

The owners, Sally and John, live adjacent to the cabin and are always happy to help in any way they can to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one.

Sorry, due to the wood burning stove with exposed flue the cabin is not suitable for children under 15 years of age.

All bed linen and towels are included in the price, as are electricity and logs for the wood burner.

The holiday home is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings).

Bookings are from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am within the summer season.Short breaks are available out-with the summer season. Short breaks dates and prices can be checked on the availabiluty calendar.

There is off road parking space for 2 cars beside the house.

No smoking is permitted within the holiday home.

A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £50 will be required as part of your final balance payment.

The Scottish Highlands region

For lovers of wildlife, look out for Pine Marten, Red Squirrel, Red and Roe Deer, Otters and up above, Ospreys and even Golden Eagle. A trip to the Scottish Highlands Wildlife Park is a real treat where you can see the UK’s only two Polar Bears and a range of both native and exotic animals ranging from Amur Tigers to beautiful Red Pandas.

Why not visit the RSPB Osprey Centre at Loch Garten to see fantastic views of these magnificent birds on the nest.

For art lovers, explore the Scottish Highland’s many galleries and if you want to try your hand at something new, the owner can arrange for you to throw a pot, create textural embroidery, learn to spin, dye wool, felt, knit and even make your own designer buttons!

Ben Rinnes View is located on the Whisky Trail of Speyside, the only malt whisky trail in the world! From here you can follow the trail through the Scottish countryside to seven working distilleries.

Finally, don’t forget a trip to the Moray Firth Coastline, rated one of the best coastal destinations in the world by National Geographic. Offering windswept cliffs, rocky shores, wide sandy bays, fishing villages and long sheltered inner firths, here you can follow in the footsteps of Kings, Romans, Vikings and even Dinosaurs. You may even see some of the biggest Bottlenose Dolphins in the world that live in these waters.
