This Spanish 4 bedroom Villa with private pool is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 10 minutes from Alicante airport. in a quiet location and away from main roads. Less than 10 minute drive to the blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

Gran Alacant which is within 10 minute drive is a mainly residential area just a few miles south of Alicante and just to the north of the traditional Spanish seaside town of Santa Pola. Nestling in the hills above Alicante Bay, there are stunning views across to the city and the castle of Santa Barbara and northwards to the Crevillente Mountains. The few miles distance to the airport make Gran Alacant a particularly good place to stay as you can be in your holiday rental accommodation in less than an hour from landing and, because it is not on the flight path, there is no aircraft noise. Gran Alacant is convenient for Benidorm, Terra Mitica and the North Costa Blanca Spain- making it a very popular resort town. There are three good quality supermarkets with 10 minute drive from the property.

The main entrance leads into attractive conservatory with settee and table and chairs which overlooks the pool and garden area.

In the main area of this Air Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs and the lounge area is equipped with two arm chairs, settee's, two leather arm chairs, coffee table, glass cabinet, TV and DVD player.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Close by and well within 10 minute walk there is a shop, cafe and restaurant and with 10 minute drive there is Gran Alacant and Santa Pola were you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants where you can find English and Spanish cuisine. There are bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include water and electricity (excluding air con). Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off 75 Euro cleaning charge payable at the villa on handing over the keys. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.
The Hot & cold air conditioning system is metered cost is 20 GBP a week.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca or "White Coast" is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with excellent safe beaches, water sports, two Aqua parks, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping, many restaurants and general sightseeing all close by.
