About the home

The property is a Spanish modern style house. Excellent for chill out after golf or just for relaxing and exploring the area. Beautiful and large rooms, quiet surroundings and delightful qualities inn all the exteriors and interiors. Heated private pool and Jacuzzi.

A lovely designed garden and several defined seating areas could cover many needs. The marvellous club house at El Valle offers you nice restaurants and bars, snooker and music during your holiday. Available at the resorts club house: A gym, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, games room (snooker), supermarket.

Two large master bedrooms with a separate bathroom each. There are further two large bedrooms with a bathroom to share, a guest toilet and one small bedroom with a separate bathroom. The livingroom has six metres high ceiling, which keeps the house very cool in the summer. The house is surrounded by a patio, and many nice seating areas. A large lawn is perfect for kids who wants to play with a ball!

The beds are a dream, of very high quality. Lovely down pillows and duvets all covered with very soft and delicate linen, made ready for a good nights sleep of the highest comfort. We are so proud of our villa!

Furthermore, fans of water sports will find one of the best places in the world for practising sailing, canoeing, swimming, water-skiing, jet-skiing, fly-surfing, windsurfing, catamaranning, and every other type of watersport activity in its numerous clubs, ports and sailing schools. The Nautical Resort on the Mar Menor and similar consortiums in Mazarron and Aguilas offer the chance to hire out equipment, book sailing courses and reserve accommodation at extremely interesting rates.

The El Valle Golf Resort area

The Golf Resort offers a wide range of sports and activities; as golf, tennis and addle tennis, gym studio. At the local supermarket, you could rent a bike. Next to the resort, is a nature reserve, for mountain hiking.

Naturally, the very beautiful beaches of Mar Menor offers a wide range of water activities. it takes only 15-20 minutes to drive to downtown Murcia. A visit to The old town is a must!

"We've stayed in quite few villas in the last few years (e.g Parque de Floresta and Quinta Do Lago in the Algarve and La Manga and Marbella in Spain). We've never quite found our ideal villa, but we now think we have. Your villa meets and exceeds our requirements....the heated pool was just right, the standard of the internal specification was good, the layout worked well, the view of the 15th green is very pleasant, the villa is situated in a very peaceful location, yet not at all isolated. The clubhouse was pleasant in the evening, and it was nice to explore La Torre in the evenings, but even nicer to return to the much higher specification villas of El Valle. The price of the villa compares well to others (both in El Valle and elsewhere). The warm jacuzzi was the icing on the cake!, and to top it all we had some great weather.
