About the home

This luxury detached villa is set within the Polaris World flagship golf resort of 'El Valle' in a peaceful location within easy walking distance to the resort centre which includes a large sun terrace overlooking the 18th hole. The accommodation is all on one level therefore providing easy access. It has been built on an extra large corner plot with an extensive tiled terrace, garden and large private pool. There is a covered conservatory area with dining table and chairs. On the outdoor terrace there is also a dining area to enjoy eating al fresco. There is air conditioning and central heating throughout the villa. The villa has satellite TV with all the main channels including Sky Sports, it also has wi-fi internet access. In addition the villa has 2 adult bicycles, tennis rackets, a large selection of indoor games and books, beach chairs/parasols, inflatables, DVDs and CDs. The villa has private parking .

It is situated close to the golf course which is a golfer's haven, whilst it is also perfect for those who like walking and mountain biking as it is set next to the Sierra del Carrascoy mountains, which is a designated regional natural park. Families will also find it ideal as it is only a short drive to the beaches of the Mar Menor and the water park and animal park in Murcia. There are numerous children's play areas around the resort.

We have access to special golfing rates and professional golf tuition on the resort. Specialised golf breaks can be arranged also, please ask for details.

The architectural style of the villa reflects the local Mediterranean style. It brings together a simple, pleasant combination of colours made of marble floor tiles, sand-blasted oak beams and neutral-tone walls. The villa has a stunning Spanish-style fireplace, and doors and shutters with wooden panels.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom with superking size bed which can be split to form 2 twin beds. Patio doors leading to terrace, garden and pool area. Fitted wardrobes.

Two further bedrooms each with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to master bedroom including Jacuzzi spa bath, shower, double washbasins, wc and bidet.

Second bathroom, including cubicle shower, wash basins wc and bidet.

Kitchen: Modern fully equipped with attractive marble work surfaces, fan assisted oven, halogen hob with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle.

Utility Room: Utility room with washer/dryer, sink and storage space. Iron and ironing board.

Living Room: Spacious lounge area with triple patio doors opening onto the terrace with garden and private pool. The lounge area has high beamed ceiling with feature windows and a large open fireplace, it is furnished to a high standard. TV with full Satellite channels, Wi-Fi access in the villa, DVD player. In addition the villa has 2 adult bicycles, tennis rackets, a large selection of indoor games and books, beach chairs/parasols, inflatables, DVDs and CDs.

Security is of the highest importance to ensure a safe and stress-free life. A security service operates 24 hours a day with CCTV cameras and strict control of access to the resort.

Change over day is flexible at present and we will make every attempt to accommodate arrival and departure times whenever possible on request.

The master bedroom will be made up as a superking size bed unless otherwise requested.

If you wish to use the cot, please request this before arrival. Bedding is not provided for the cot.
A high chair can be provided - additional charge applicable.

Clean linen and towels are provided at the beginning of the rental only.

The towels are provided for indoor use only - customers must provide their own towels for use on the terrace and beach.

Check in time is after 2.00pm on day of arrival and check out is by 10.00am on day of departure. These times may be flexible depending on bookings.

We will not be held responsible for any incidents occurring from use of the bicycles or inflatables.

Conditions

Strictly no smoking inside the villa.

Sorry no pets.

A refundable breakages deposit of £250 is required on payment of the balance of monies, this will be refunded within 14 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

A non refundable £250 deposit is required when making the booking, with the balance due 12 weeks before arrival.

There is a compulsory £70 after stay clean which is to be paid with the balance of monies.

The Murcia region

The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of Spain. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria. Translating as the "Warm Coast" Costa Calida forms the coastline of the Murcia region. Well known for its mild climate, it enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year, more than any other in region in Spain. The sun is at its hottest during the summer months, with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Winters are typically very mild with averages hovering around 18°C (64°F).

Murcia is a cosmopolitan city and is a must see, with its large department stores and shopping centres. This thriving city boasts cinemas, theatres, museums, concerts, art galleries & exhibitions, the casino of Murcia and also many bars and restaurants set in idyllic squares where you can try Murcia's fabulous cuisine.

The port of Cartagena is well worth a visit with its narrow winding streets containing shops, cafes and restaurants. Sit and relax in the port area in one of the many bars and restaurants overlooking the harbour.

The water park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and animal park (Terra Natura Murcia) is situated near Murcia City & Nueva Condominia shopping centre and is just a 15 minute drive from El Valle.

Visit the El Valle natural park for walking, mountain biking or just sitting and relaxing in this beautiful setting.
The beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy driving distance.

This region is filled with history, natural beauty, activities and attractions that can fill your days with fun and excitement. Alternatively it can be relaxing enjoying the villa and pool itself or indeed a golfer's paradise.

In addition to the resort centre there are tennis and paddle courts, a supermarket , gym and games room with pool table, darts etc.

Surrounded by a the fantastic mountainous terrain and just 15 minutes from the golden beaches of the Mediterranean and Mar Menor, only 15 minutes from the city of Murcia with its exquisite variety of bars, restaurants & shops, this luxurious resort is a place that you will want to return to again and again.

We are approx an 8 hour drive from the ports of Santander and Bilbao, passing by the magnificent city of Madrid. These ports are serviced by Britanny Ferries and P & O Ferries.

Thanks for your email, we had a fantastic time in the villa we all loved it. It was Fantastic having our own pool and just being able to relax for two weeks and not having to queue up for sunbeds every morning was great. The couple who were in the villa next to us had previously been in your villa last year they said the one they were in this year was not as well equipped as juliander and were gutted not to have gone there again so we felt very lucky. Can we thank you once again for all your help in helping us have a lovely holiday with our three children.
