About the home

Our villa offers great value for money and located on the famous El Valle golf resort.

Villa Divina is located on the exclusive El ValleGolf Resort which is positioned 15 minutes from San Javier and one hour from Alicante airport.

Our Villa is a stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa, finished in a typical spainish appearance. There are luxury internal features which include marble floors, marble tiled bathrooms, high vaulted ceilings which give so much extra light while keeping the inside extra cool, timber shutters at all the windows for a very Spanish feel. The villa is furnished to the highest standard with leather sofas and very comfortable beds, and fitments throughout. This villa is comprehensively equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

There is a spacious L shaped lounge with triple French doors opening onto the garden and private pool, and a large 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD. The internal dining area has a large table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen has been extended and includes a utilitty area which includes a washing machine and dryer, the external door from the kitchen leads to the outside barbecue and cooking area which includes a outside fridge to keep all those drinks nice and cool. There is also a covered seating area for relaxing out of the sun and relaxing at night.. A large table and 6 chairs,is provided under a covered pergola for you to dine Alfresco.

The rear garden is totally paved and includes a private heated swimming pool, pool shower, and patio area with sun loungers and plenty of space to sit in or out of the sun.

The villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated. This property is NOT front-line, so you can enjoy your privacy.

Security is of the highest importance to ensure a safe and stress free life. A security service operates 24 hours a day with CCTV cameras and strict gate control of access to the resort..

Facilities

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser, fitted with water filter so no more bottles of water in the fridge. The utility room houses a washing machine/dryer, and sink. The is a iron and ironing board provided. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and double French doors which open to garden and pool. The en-suite bathroom has shower, spa massage bath, inset twin sinks, bidet and toilet.

A further two double bedrooms have twin beds and large fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes. A separate bathroom with shower, inset single sink, toilet and bidet.

Further details outdoors:
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months. There is a log burning fire which can be used during the wintern months.


While staying in this property you will have unlimited use (no membership payable, but green fees must be paid) of not only Ell Valle 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the course, entertaining even if not a golfer.

There is a club house bar restaurant with views of the 18th hole and the country side.

Irish Sports Tavern provides all sport tv and a good Irish atmosphere.

In addition you can take the bus to La Torre and sample more bars and restaurants.

There is also an on-site Supermarket with home delivery service, it is a lovely supermarket that stocks all the necessary supplies, Spanish and English and is surprisingly not overpriced.

The Murcia region

The Costa Cálida - Warm Coast, is the approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterranean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia. This region has a micro-climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures (and hence its name, "Warm Coast") and a relative degree of aridity.

The Costa Cálida extends from El Mojón in the north near the province of Alicante, to near the municipality of Águilas in the south bordering on the region of Almería province.

Murcia is the capital city of the region, located along the river Segura. It is a beautiful and reach in history and culture city.

Notable places around Murcia include the Malecón boulevard, La Fuensanta sanctuary and adjacent El Valle regional park, Los Jerónimos monastery, Romea theatre, Almudí Palace, Monteagudo Castle, the Salzillo Museum, and the San Juan de Dios church-museum. In the metropolitan area, you can also see the Azud de la Contraparada reservoir and the Noria de La Ñora water wheel.

The El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area

The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.

San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

Monarch, Easy Jet and Jet2 fly to SanJavier on scheduled flights,

The directions from San Javier are as follows:-

Take the main road out of the airport and go through 1st roundabout towards the main motorway AP7, take the slip road directing you to the AP7 ALICANTE (blue sign) .Leave motorway at the next junction (782) which will be sign posted for the C3319 to Murcia. At the 2nd exits off the roundabout, keep following the C3319 to Murcia. Continue on this road for approx 10 minutes. You will go past a petrol station on your right, Polaris world offices on your left (a large grey building with glass on all sides). Alhambra Palace Restaurant on the left, eventually you will go past the La Torre Golf Resort and the Restaurant Valle Del Sol, and a Petrol station all on the left hand side, you will see a large bill board with Polaris World El Valle.Golf Resort Turn off at Jct 4 sign posted URBANIZACION DE SERVICO EL VALLE. You will be on a tree Lined road and this will lead to the main entrance into El Valle Golf Resort.

The directions from Alicante are as follows:-

From Alicante airport follow the sign AP7 to Murcia. It will change to A7 to Murcia. Keep following A7 for approx 30mins and you will pass Murcia football stadium on the right, which is situated in the middle of a large retail area. Continue following the signs A7 MURCIA CARTAGENA and the signs will change after football stadium to the A30 for Murcia Cartagena. Keep following these signs approx 15 minutes. Take Junction 158 onto C3319 SAN JAVIER and continue over a bridge. Take slip road on your right to MOSA TRAJECTUM
You will veer left follow road to a roundabout follow MOSA TRAJECTUM sign under a bridge. Take the second turning on to the service road and continue for approx 1 mile until you come to another roundabout and you will see the tree lined access road to the main entrance of El Valle Golf Resort.

A High chair can be provided locally on request, starting at £20.00 per week.

Welcome packs can be provided for Sunday or Late arrivals, and can be arranged upon request.The standard pack includes coffee, tea, Milk, Fuit Juice, bottle Water, Bread, Jam. and is priced at £15.00 . The Deluxe package includes the above plus Bottle of wine , pack of beer, Pizza, cheese, ham, washing up liquid and salad and is priced at £30.00.

The pool can be heated at additional cost of £50.00 per week

All bookings are subject to a £90.00 cleaning and laundry fee. Towels and linen are included, ( including beach towels). If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged,and is payable locally.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. A 20% non refundable deposit of the total rental cost ,per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival.

Check in is 4 pm on the day of arrival and check out is at 12.00am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge, but it is subject to avaliability.

No single sex groups under 21 are allowed

In addition, a separate £200.00 security deposit is required when booking. Please note the security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
