Ideal for families or golfing and sports holidays, this luxury villa is located on 'EL Valle' one of Polaris World's prestigious golf resorts. With a quiet atmosphere and unique rugged rural backdrop, it is situated just a short drive from the local beach as well as the cosmopolitan attractions of Murcia city.
The resort has a brand new clubhouse (opened on the 24th May 2008). The clubhouse is about a 10 minute walk from the villa and will soon have the Asador El Valle (a charcoal grill barbecue restaurant), Sandalo chill out bar, pro golf shop, Clover Pub, supermarket and 24hr cash point.
The property also benefits from many convenient facilities including a large plasma TV (satellite), DVD, CD player, dishwasher, microwave and air conditioning in every room. The villa also have sensational south facing views and a superb garden and pool area.

The open plan lounge and dining area gives a light airy feeling as you enter. French doors lead to the private swimming pool, covered seating area and terraces. Here you can sit, relax, enjoy eating “alfresco” unwind and watch another stunning sun set over El Valle.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is complete with integrated appliances, oven, hob with 4 rings, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer..
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed whilst the other two bedrooms have two twin beds. all bedrooms have air con and fitted wardrobes.

As you can see from the photographs there is ample outdoor seating and sun beds have been provided for your comfort. The private pool and charcoal BBQ are also available for your use.

Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
£100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. No groups under 21 are allowed.
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.

The Murcia region
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking and cycling is also popular along the beach promenade.
With over 300 days of sunshine a year, Murcia is a wonderful region to visit all year round. The region of Murcia has the typical Mediterranean semi-arid subtropical climate: namely an average annual temperature of 18ºC, with hot summers (registering absolute maximum temperatures of 40ºC) and mild winters (an average temperature of 11ºC in the winter months of December and January).
The El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
Polaris World’s El Valle Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas and apartments built around an 18-hole golf course with a golf club house and bar, communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues, children’s play areas and landscaped gardens. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.
Close by, guests can find La Torre Golf Resort which offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet).
This resort also has a bank, travel shop, internet access, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, a hospital, playgrounds and school.

A high chair and cot can be hired in on request, starting from £25 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, payable locally, please ask for details.
All bookings are subject to a £85 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.
Booking notes: Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays.
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.
No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £25 bank transfer fee.
