A luxurious contemporay 3 bedroomed 2 bathroom detached villa with private HEATED POOL perfect for families. couples and golfers Furnished to a very high standard the vllla has everything you will need for a 5 star holiday in this beautiful area of Murcia

Spacious lounge with french doors opening onto the garden, full sized table tennis table and private pool. 42" LCD TV with satellite channels, DVD & CD players, Playstation2 with games and board games for all the family
wireless internet access is available but you will need to purchase areanet cards from the supermarket on site.

Large master bedroom with kingsize bed and en suite bathroom with hydro massage bath and shower, large fitted wardrobes and double french doors opening onto the terrace and pool. The two other bedrooms have twin beds, bedside tables, large fitted wardrobes and share a separate shower room/wc.

From the lounge area is a door leading to an outside covered seating area and brick built barbecue. The garden has a private heated swimming pool (extra charge), patio and plenty of space to sit in the shade or the sun. You will find 4 sun loungers and dining table for al fresco dining.

Reservation Fee of 25% is payable immediately to secure your booking.
Balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
A damage deposit of £250 is also due 6 weeks in advance. and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)

Villa is available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure

Dedicated key holder to welcome and inform you of the property facilities and activities available within the area, e.g beaches, waterparks etc and provide you with catering packs bread, milk, coffee, tea, etc (fees apply)

Cleaning cost of 90 euros payable locally on arrival. Additional mid stay cleaning can be arranged and are payable locally.

The Murcia region

The Costa Calida, "Warm Coast" boasts over 320 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 21oC. The local area offers plenty of Sandy Beaches and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Mar Menor's beach's are also ideal for families as the water is calm,warm and shallow.There is also a long promenade ideal for walking and cycling.

Shopping: Both Murcia and Cartegena offer excellent shopping facilities including the largest department stores in Spain,El Corte Ingles.

Nueva Condominia on the outskirts of Murcia is around 20 minutes away from El Valle with numerous restaurants and cafes, over 200 retail outlets including Mango , Zara, Springfield, etc.It also is home to Saturn the most up to date high tech stockists.There is also a 6 screen cinema and 10 pin bowling.

Water Park & Animal Park: Terra Aqua Murcia and Terra Natura (animal) park opened in 2007 and provides a fun day out for all the family.
The park is just 15 minutes drive from El Valle , on the way to Nueva Condominia.

History/Culture: Cartagena is steeped in history and well worth a visit. Its best to park at the port and walk around the Medieval town.There are many restaurants and cafes to be found here.

Murcia is a 15 minute drive away it is famous for its Moorish Architecture and impressive Cathedral.Being the capital of the region it offers an excellent selection of shops and restaurants as well as places of interest.The city offers both ancient and modern architecture and is well worth a visit.

The El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area

El Valle has everything you need, whether you are looking for a family holiday in the sun, a romantic break or a golfing trip. The Clubhouse restaurant and bar, supermarket and gym provide all the important amenities, and all the Polaris resorts are linked by a free shuttle bus so that it is easy to access tennis, spas and beauty treatment centres.

For the golfers, the El Valle Nicklaus golf course meets every possible need. It is a superb 18 hole course that is great for both beginners and experts, and there are various courses nearby should you require a change of scenery!

From San Javier (Murcia) Airport follow signs to Murcia and the c3319. Follow the c3319 for approx 15km, once you pass Polaris Worlds La Torre Golf Resort on the left hand side, look for a sign on the right hand side 'Urbanization El Valle' (look for a tall 'El Valle' advertising sign). Take this exit where you will shortly come to a roundabout, take the second exit, this road will take you down an avenue of trees to the security main entrance barrier (use the 'residents' side).

From Alicante Airport follow the sign for Murcia/Cartagena A7. After approx 20km take the exit for Cartegena AP7. Follow the Ap7 for approx 60km (this will take you through 2 Tolls which cost approx 2.95 euros) and then take the exit sign posted C3319.
