The property includes two double bedrooms (one with luxury en suite facilities including a Jacuzzi / whirlpool bath and shower) both of which have large fitted wardrobes. There is also a second luxury shower room, an extremely well-appointed kitchen with granite work surfaces and a separate utility room. Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fan-assisted oven and large fridge freezer. The apartment also benefits from air conditioning and central heating in every room.

A large lounge opens out on to the sun terrace and a shaded al fresco dining area.

The property is well positioned – less than 50 yards away from the nearest swimming pool and just a 5 minute stroll to the centre of the resort, club house, and other facilities including a supermarket, gym, bars and restaurants.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

El Valle Golf Resort is situated in the unspoilt Costa Calida / Murcia region of south east Spain. The area is steeped in history, with miles of soft sandy beaches and many places of interest to visit.

El Valle is just 25 minutes away from the beautiful bay and calm, warm, shallow waters of the Mar Menor where you will find miles of safe, sandy beaches and coves, with ideal swimming conditions for children. Murcia itself, just a 30 minute drive away, is a beautiful, historic, vibrant city with stunning architecture and a magnificent Cathedral. It has a vast array of pavement cafes perfect for watching the world go by and a maze of streets full of interesting shops.

The impressive Roman port of Cartagena, Murcia’s second largest city, is just a short drive away and is also well worth a visit. Enjoy a trip around the harbour or a ride on an open decked bus around this wonderful town where history abounds on every street corner with its splendid marine promenade, stunning monuments, ancient and modern buildings, busy shops, and many university buildings.

Terra Aqua Murcia and Animal Park (Terra Natura Murcia) opened in 2007 and provides a fun day out for all ages. The Park is just 15 minutes from El Valle.

For those who like to shop there is the Nuevo Condomina shopping mall and Dos Mares shopping area which boasts many well known retail outlets and numerous restaurants. Both are less than half an hour drive away from El Valle.

How to get there

El Valle Golf Resort is located in Murcia along the C3319. The nearest airport is the Murcia San Javier Airport which is just a 20 minute drive away.

The next nearest airport is Alicante Airport, which is an approximate 60 minute drive away.

Flight operators flying to Murcia include Monarch, Easy Jet, Jet 2, BMi Baby, Flyglobespan, Ryanair, Fly Be, Air Scotland and My Travel Lite.

The apartment includes 4 single beds. However, the beds in Bedroom 1 are ‘zip’ beds. These can be zipped together to make a comfortable double bed. Please let us know if you require the double bed option at the time of booking.

The en suite bathroom also includes a Jacuzzi / whirlpool bath.

Please note that beach / swimming towels are not provided.

The exterior of the property includes a table and four chairs for alfresco dining. The apartment is less than 50 yards from the nearest swimming pool.

There is a 24 hour security gatehouse.

There is a communal garden at the front of the apartment.

We can arrange for our resort hosts to supply you with a standard welcome catering pack (including tea, coffee, milk etc). Whilst there is a supermarket on site you may find this useful if your arrival flight is at a late hour.

Please let us know if this is required and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

No special conditions although we would respectfully request that you do not smoke in the apartment. Sorry, no pets.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.

An initial deposit of 25% will secure the booking. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.

A meet and greet service charge of 25 euros and a cleaning and laundry charge of 65 euros is payable to the key holder on arrival at the property (the apartment and laundry will be cleaned prior to your arrival). Our key holder will meet you at the resort Gate entrance and show you to the apartment.

Just in case of any accidental damage we require a security deposit of £200 with your final payment (this will be returned to you 10 days after you return from holiday following a satisfactory property inspection).

We do accept that accidents can happen but would be grateful if you could report any damage or breakages in order that these can be rectified before our next guests arrive. This will enable us to ensure that the property is maintained to a high standard.

Additional mid-week cleaning and other facilities can be arranged though our key holders. Just let them know your requirements and they will be able to make the necessary arrangements for you. Payment is payable locally to our host key holders.

If you need to be collected from the airport this can also be arranged (fee applies). Please let us know at the time of booking if this is required.
