Home description
Our property has been beautifully furnished to a high standard and comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms one being en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped perfect for a self-catering holiday with everything you may need. The lounge is been furnished in a modern comfortable style. Outside on the terrace there are sun recliners together with a table and chairs for al fresco dining while enjoying the stunning views of the golf course and swimming pool. The swimming pool with gardens are situated directly below the apartment. There is central heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
The property is located close to the beautiful historical city of Murcia where you can find shops, churches, museums and many lovely restaurants and bars.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The property is located close to the beautiful historical city of Murcia. Murcia is full of stunning architecture for all to see. The importance of the city over the years can be seen in the beautiful cathedrals, palaces and public buildings around its quaint streets. The city of Murcia was founded during the Arab occupation by Abderraman II in 825.
The port of Cartagena is well worth a visit. A tour of the place and its museums will draw you into the history of the city closely tied to the sea. Due to it's key position on the Murcia coast, it has been inhabited by several cultures which have left their mark on its artistic heritage.
Lorca Castle dominates and looks over the town of Lorca. The Moorish fort was built between the 13th and 15th Centrury and its two towers are still conserved today. The towns people are both friendly and hospitable. This town celebrates many fiestas and particularly known for its 'Holy Week' festivities when the streets are alive with local people dressing in wonderful costumes together with beautiful horses, Roman carriages and elaborately carved religious images.
Terra Natura and Aqua Natura. Discover hidden treasures of the Orient, wonders of America and beauties of Europe all in one theme park. The park is aimed at thrill seekers and fun lovers of all ages. You have total security in all surrounding areas of the park as it has been cleverly designed so that you can wander very close to the animals without being in any danger at all. Within each sector there are numerous interesting shows and rides. You can take a train ride around the park or for those who are more adventurous, take a Tarzan like trip over the elephan enclosure on a zip wire. For many parents the water park is the highlight of the day. After you've experienced the safari park area, you can settle down and relax on a sun bed after lunch. Located next to a massive lake sized swimming pool, the water slides and children's play area, this is a great spot to relax and keep an eye on the children. This is truly an excellent family day out.

The region is well-known for its sunny climate with 310 days of sunshine each year. With mild winters and warn summers the climate is both suitable for golfers and families alike.
The coastline stretches some 250km where the Mar Menor meets the Mediterranean. You will find miles of sandy, warm, beaches and coves . Starting from Torre de la Horadada, San Pedro, Lo Pagan to Los Alcazares there is a different type of beach for every day of your holiday.
Los Alcazares has some of the finest beaches along the Costa Calida of Spain and is just a 15 minute drive away from El Valle. The beaches at Playa de los Narejos and Playa del Espejo have won the illustrious Q Awards for their high standards. The beaches run along the Mar Menor and offers warm shallow waters and fine sand, it is also noted that the waters here are some 6 to 7 degrees warmer than any other Mediterranean resorts. Along the promenade there are various bars, cafes, restaurants selling local tapas and play areas for children. Just a short walk inland leads you into the town centre area of Los Alcazares. There are many other local beaches, information of these can be found at the local tourist information centre in Los Alcazares.
El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
The fantastic club house, bars, restaurants, gym and supermarket are just around the corner. This resort is wonderful for families and golfers alike. Although, the resort is prestigious, it is also very relaxed and friendly. The low density of properties, most of which are set well back from the course are framed by the natural backdrop of the rocky valley
The Polaris world resorts are all within 20 minutes by car and clients are welcome to use any of the facilities in any of the resorts including discounted golf, a free complimentary bus will take you to and from any of the Polaris World resorts.
The town of Torrevieja with water park is 30 minutes away and Alicante 45 minutes.
Fiestas are serious business in Murcia. It’s important that you know when your local fiesta (fiesta patronal) is – check in your local teleclub or bar. Preparations start weeks in advance (depending upon the scale of the celebrations intended) with roles assigned for many of the villagers. Usually the festivities are spread over a week or even more, with a program of activities planned. In many bars you’ll find a guide to these activities along with lots of adverts from local traders. For larger fiestas, the lights will go up in the streets a few weeks ahead, and often a marquee will be erected in the town square. Sometimes there will be competitions – football, sport, fruit and vegetable growing and, of course, the paella cooking. Never expect evening festivities to begin much before 10pm or finish much earlier than 6am.

Fly to Murcia Airport and from landing you can be in our apartment within 30 minutes- El Valle Golf Resort is a short 15 minutes from the airport along a quiet dual carriageway Alternatively fly to Alicante - El Valle Golf Resoirt is a 40 minute drive from the airport. Full directions will be forwarded prior to your arrival.
