A luxurious 3 - bedroom villa for rental, with a private pool and stunning front line golf views of the 14th hole on El Valle, Polaris World's exclusive Flagship Golf Resort in Murcia, South-Eastern Spain.

Whether you're planning a romantic break, a family holiday or a golfing trip with friends, just relax, unwind and enjoy every moment!

Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the cosmopolitan city of Murcia, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including local markets for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

For a relaxing family holiday, the blue flag beaches are a short 20 minutes drive away and offer a variety of water sports and plenty of bars and restaurants.

Alternatively, you can open the French doors and just relax by the peaceful, private pool with a shallow end perfect for children, and admire the views of the mountains and the golf course which provide the perfect setting for a lazy lunch or laid back evening.

For your alfresco dining there are 2 outside eating areas; a covered conservatory area with a built in brick BBQ, ceiling fans and suite consisting of a large sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table and a 6 seated glass dining table overlooking the golf course and pool where you can relax and enjoy the ambiance of the resort.
Unbreakable glassware is provided for your safety with outside dining.

PARKING
To the front of the villa is a large, private, double driveway which easily accommodates two vehicles.

CHILDREN
There are 3 large, communal swimming pools and a variety of playground areas for the children on the resort. Being a gated, security patrolled complex it is ideal for families.

25% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks
prior to the date of the commencement of the booking.

Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are to be paid in full at time of booking.

Damage deposit payment of £250 per booking (refundable after inspection of property by management company)

Euros 90 cleaning/laundry fee payable on arrival to the management company as a condition of booking.

Additional services available such as welcome packs, BBQ packs, mid-week linen and towel change or airport pick ups.
Cot and booster seat available on request.
Air conditioning and heating are provided at no extra cost.

Access to the 5 available Polaris golf courses,El Valle, La Torre, Mar Menor, Hacienda Riquelme and Condado del Alhama is provided at reduced rates and a free shuttle bus provides transport between the resorts.

The property is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure (negotiable with the management company).

The Murcia region

Literally translated as 'warm coast', this relatively undiscovered area of Spain has the mildest climate in the country and offers visitors the chance to discover the real Spain. El Valle Golf Resort is the ideal location for a holiday all year round. With its own micro climate, the Murcia region enjoys fantastic weather with over 310 days of sunshine.

Centuries of history and numerous civilizations provide the Murcia Region with a rich historical and cultural heritage, with highly representative buildings such as the Cathedral and the Casino in the capital Murcia, the Roman Theatre in Cartagena, and the medieval castles of Lorca and Mula. The El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains so it is ideal for hill climbing and hiking. El Valle is 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

Polaris World's El Valle Golf Resort offers some of the best golf in Spain. Guests currently have a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses, all within easy reach with air-conditioned courtesy buses running between them. El Valle is the most exclusive of all the Polaris World resorts. The golf course is a professional 18 hole, par 71 course designed by Jack Nicklaus Design with a clubhouse, pro shop, driving range and golf school.

Located in a beautiful desert valley, the course has been expertly designed to blend in with its surroundings with two lakes that flow into brooks and cascade through the course. The course rewards innovative and bold shots and includes groups of subtly shaped bunkers that sink into the desert landscape of holes surrounded by natural rocks and native desert plants.

Hole boundaries are adjacent to contiguous holes, and not to the homes, creating a more open and natural setting to enjoy the game. Instead of size, the course is oriented more toward creating difficulties and challenges and presents the player with numerous short game options around the greens, lakes and native desert plants. Polaris World currently offers 5 Jack Nicklaus golf courses to play on in the local area as part of a golf trail including El Valle, Mar Menor, La Torre, Condado del Alhama and Hacienda Riquelme.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.

The El Valle Clubhouse has an Entertainment Lounge, Snack Bar, Spike Bar, "Clover" Irish Tavern, Golf Shop, Gymnasium, and Supermarket . To follow will be a "Piazza" style town centre with more themed bars and restaurants, shops, Hair Salon, Banking facilities, Spa, tennis courts, paddle courts, etc. The resort is also security gated with controlled access

“Chill out in the Sun” This villa is prefect if you want a relaxing holiday. The resort is very quiet and great for chilling out. The villa has everything you need for your stay and is situated in an ideal position both for visiting local towns and the beach. The pool area is great and ideal and safe for young children. You do need a car to get around. We had a terrific time. The owners were extremely helpful and made sure our stay was a great success.

“Wonderfully appointed luxury villa with private pool” A friend had recommended the El Valle resort so we decided to check it out ourselves!! We took our two young children and were delighted when we opened the front door to this lovely villa. The villa is light, airy and spacious; we travelled in June and were grateful for the air conditioning - all this (and more!) making it a very comfortable stay; the children loved the pool. The outlook from the pool area across the golf course is as per the photos - really pretty and private. The owner, Julie, could not have been more helpful prior to our stay; upon arrival everything had been organised as had been indicated it would - even down to the wine and beer in the fridge. :-) There isn't a huge amount laid on at the resort (but we knew this before booking) so it's very relaxing. My friend had mentioned the pub beside the clubhouse and said plenty of "lively" evenings were spent there but when we arrived it was closed and remained closed for the duration of the stay - there was no explanation as to why. The clubhouse bar and restauant was absolutely fine though. I highly recommend visiting the nearby city of Murcia - it's beautiful and easy to get around once you've park the car.

“superb family holiday” the villa was superb looked great nice and clean and the decor was lovely we was welcomed when we arrived and had help for anything at the end of the phone and in person for days out and shooping trips it was so nice to know that we had help if needed for anything not that we had any problems with the villa at all but this put us at ease to know if we did it would of been sorted the location is superb over looking the golf course was our views the complex is lovely and relaxing nice food and our boys enjoyed the driving range for more night life we travelled up the road to the other golf complex by free bus which had pubs clubs and more resturants and the beach close by was stunning we loved this so much we have booked again to return i would highly recommend this villa to anyone weather you wont a relaxing holiday or lots to do Response: Thanks for your feedback and for re-booking with us for 2012

“Immaculate villa, relaxing pool with a view!” An amazing villa, perfect for our relaxing holiday with a young child. Everything you could possibly need was provided which made things very easy. The villa was stylish, clean and modern yet relaxing. We enjoyed several sunny walks to the clubhouse for lunch on the terrace followed by lazy afternoons by the villa's private pool. We also enjoyed BBQ by the pool, then put our son to bed so we could enjoy a drink on the comfy outside seating, close enough to hear our son. If you have a car it is well worth a trip to the local beaches, clean and warm sea, perfect for family swimming . A great holiday, can't wait to go back! “simply stunning” Having used the polaris world golf resorts before we knew what to expect with location and amenities etc. On this occasion we decided to choose a property with its own pool so opted for the villa zafiro. The villa surpassed all the photographs on the website and the interior was simply stunning. I could not fault the villa in any way, although quite a distance from the clubhouse and supermarket, and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

“Excellent Golf getaway for the family” Great luxurious accomodation which has great views of the golf course. Glorious hot weather and onsite supermarket. Nice and peaceful and feels secure. Has great access to motorways and is just a short drive to either beaches or great historical towns. Also very close to the airport. Great guides inside so you can tailor your holiday to your own tastes.

“5 star luxury” amazing villa overlooking 14th green.We stayed for 1 week in may 2011 and enjoyed every minute of it.there is lots to do in and around the complex.Near to airport so transfer time was only about 20 mins.We will be back for 2 weeks next year,and can't wait. “Beautiful villa in a peaceful location” Had a lovely, relaxing week at Villa Zafiro. Accommodation was excellent. Great location for golfers, but also beautiful surroundings for those who just want to relax and unwind. A car is highly recommended, as there is very little within walking distance.
