About the home

A luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa, with vaulted ceilings giving much extra light whilst keeping the inside cool, plus shutters at all the windows for a very traditional feel. Furnished to a high standard with leather settees and comfortable beds. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Spacious lounge with french doors opening onto the garden and private pool with views directly onto the golf course. Open fire, LCD flatscreen TV with satalite channels.

Large master bedroom with en suite bathroom with hydro massage bath and shower, large fitted wardrobes and double french doors opening onto garden and pool. Twin beds which can be pushed together. The two other bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, large fitted wardrobes and a separate shower room/wc.

From the lounge area is a door leading to an outside covered seating area with large table 6 chairs and brick built barbecue. The garden has a private swimming pool, outside, patio and plenty of space to sit in the shade or the sun. You will find 4 sun loungers.

The Murcia region

Known as the "Warm Coast" has approximately 320 days of sunshine per year with an average temperature of 25 degrees C. with 250km of shoreline and sandy beaches along 2 seas - the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean which is reputed to have one of the most plesant climates in the world.

THE MAR MENOR (The Little Sea)
Just 15 minutes from El Valle, the Mar Menor is a 130 square km natural salt water lagoon. Its warm shallo water and soft sandy beaches with numerous cafes, bars and children's play areas make it an ideal place for all the family.

Water sports enthusiasts will be spolit for choice with sailing (The Mar Menor has its own sailing club) canoeing, swimming, waterskiing, jet-skiing, fly-surfing and windsurfing to name a few.

Murcia city with its historic cathedral is only a 10 minute drive from El Valle Golf Resort. It boasts the recently opened Nuevo Condominia shopping mall and with some 22 shops, 50 restaurants, bowling alley and a 6 screen cinema is an absolute must for the ardent shopper.

For the children there is a new Terra Natura Animal Park and Aqua Park both situated approx 10 minutes drive from El Valle Golf Resort near Murcia.

The El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area

El Valle Golf Resort is the jewel in the crown of the Polaris World developments, and the course, the 3rd in the Jack Nicklaus 'Bear's Trail' of 9 is already a firm favourite amongst golfers.

The course is very challenging at 6145 metres and par 71, and is located in a beautiful desert valley with the Sierra Carrascoy Mountain Range providing a stunning backdrop.

The design of the course presents the player with numerous short game options around the greens and rewards innovative and bold shots. El Valle Golf resort includes two lakes which flow into brooks and cascades, groups of subtly shaped bunkers that sink into the desert landscape and holes surrounded by natural rocks.

There is a free shuttle bus linking all the Polaris sites to enable you to sample a wider range of facilities without driving. As with El Valle being new there are still some facilities to open eg. gym, tennis courts and a veriety of shops.

There are at least 15 other golf course within a 30 minute drive of El Valle, including the world famous La Manga Golf Resort.

The resort is very secure with 24 hour gated security, mobile patrols and automatic number plate recognition at the entrance. On site facilities include a supermarket selling international goods, luxury clubhouse, bars and restaurants where there are weekly activities and entertainment. Close by, guests can find La Torre Golf Resort which offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa, three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet).

From San Javier (Murcia) Airport follow signs to Murcia and the c3319. Follow the c3319 for approx 15km, once you pass Polaris Worlds La Torre Golf Resort on the left hand side, look for a sign on the right hand side 'Urbanization El Valle' (look for a tall 'El Valle' advertising sign). Take this exit where you will shortly come to a roundabout, take the second exit, this road will take you down an avenue of trees to the security main entrance barrier (use the 'residents' side). Take 2nd road at the roundabout, then the 4th road to the right and 1st road to the right. c/Turquesa.

From Alicante Airport follow the sign for Murcia/Cartagena A7. After approx 20km take the exit for Cartegena AP7. Follow the Ap7 for approx 60km (this will take you through 2 Tolls which cost approx 2.95 euros) and then take the exit sign posted C3319. Follow the c3319 for approx 15km and once you pass Polaris Worlds La Torre Golf Resort on the left hand side, look for a sign on the right hand side 'Urbanization El Valle' (look for a tall 'El Valle' advertising sign).
