About the home

Welcome to this delightful, luxury, 3 bedroom, detached villa with it's own private pool and secluded vista.

Ideal for families and Golfers, this luxurious villa is new and situated on one of the most exclusive golfing resorts in Murcia.

One of the main venues of the well renowned Nicklaus Golf Trail, El Valle boasts an 18 hole course just one of the four that residents have exclusive access. Residents also can enjoy generous discounts on green fees whilst having full access via the courtesy buses running between them.

For a relaxing family holiday, you can enjoy one of the many beaches, which are only a short 10 min drive away. The beach resorts have parking and are ideal for families with plenty of bars and restaurants. Most beaches have play areas and pedestrian areas. For a more cultural aspect to your stay visit Murcia city centre.

Approximately 15 minutes drive you can experience the beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and their grand Cathedral. There are many squares to discover, with pavement cafes, perfect for people watching, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

Alternatively, you can just put your feet up and relax by the private pool and garden, or cool down in the spacious lounge with high vaulted ceilings, triple French doors opening onto the garden and pool. The pool has secure child safety fencing. The nearby supermarket on the resort has everything you will need for your stay.

Sunnybank villa has been tastefully furnished to ensure your holiday is first class. The villa benefits from air conditioning and central heating.

Once through the double front doors into the villa the first thing you will notice are the the high cathedral windows and high beamed ceilings which create a cool and airy atmosphere for you to relax.

The lounge area has two soft leather sofas and oak coffee table, unwind here whilst enjoying the 32inch digital TV and entertainment system or dream through the triple French windows opening onto the private pool and natural landscape beyond.

The floor to ceiling log fireplace creates a wonderful focal point during cosy evenings indoors.

The entertainment includes 32inch HD Digital TV, DVD player, play station 2, CD player with usb port. There are a selection of games for the Playstation but feel free to bring along your own. There are a number of DVDs too.

The oak and leather dining set comes with table settings for 6.

The kitchen boasts a magnificent American style fridge freezer dispensing filtered cold water and ice. There is also a microwave, dishwasher and all the other essentials you would expect to find in 5* accommodation.

The marble en suite bathroom has dual washbasins with large mirror over, wc and a jacuzzi bath. The bath has a shower over. The jacuzzi is an ideal way to unwind after an exhausting round of golf, shopping or visit to the beach with the children.

The main shower room has walk in shower, wash hand basin and wc. All also have a bidet.

All three bedrooms have deluxe mattresses and pillows with Egyptian cotton linen excellent for a good nights sleep. The built in closets provide an abundance of space for clothes. Fresh linen and towels are provided including Beach Towels.

The master bedroom has a super king bed whilst the other two bedrooms are set out as singles. You may request that this arrangement is changed prior to your stay. One of the sofas in the lounge is a sofa bed.

This luxurious villa is nestled within the beautiful countryside, with a stunning back drop of the spectacular Sierra del Carrascoy mountains, which are set within a regional national park.

The beauty of Sunnybank villa is that you are not overlooked, you can expect complete privacy. Whilst relaxing in the evening looking out over the natural terrain of the national park you will find spectacular sunsets.

South facing, the patio and private pool enjoy the sunshine all day and late into the evening. The pool has child safety fencing.

There is a covered patio area with lighting and ceiling fans where alfresco dining for 8 people can be enjoyed whilst cooking on the built in barbecue.

There are two sun lounges and six reclining chairs to relax in whilst sunbathing.

The dining table may be used with or without the sun parasol.

Adjacent to the pool there is an external shower and further seating area under the pergola.

To the front of the property there is off road parking for two vehicles.

The access to the front door and the two side entrances have two small steps. Beyond these the villa is level access. Ideal for seniors and children.

There are a number of children's play areas around the resort and the nearest is less than a minutes walk, with seating.

It is a 10 minute walk to the golf club house, restaurant, bar and supermarket.

The tree lined avenues provide the ideal environment for joggers and cyclists to take in the wonderful mountain views within the valley.

There are beaches within 20 minutes drive away and you can also access La Manga by ferry.

Guestbook for Sunnybank Villa

We visited Sunnybank villa earlier in the year and had the most relaxing time. The golf was challenging and very enjoyable, the clubhouse and restaurant overlooking the 18th had a friendly atmosphere offering good service. The supermarket on the resort had everything you could wish for, although a car is essential for getting around to the other villages and beaches. We have booked again for 0ctober.
