Home description
Ideal for families or golfing and sports holidays, this luxurious and spacious villa is located on 'EL Valle', one of Polaris World's prestigious golf resorts. With a quiet atmosphere and unique rugged rural backdrop, it is situated just a short drive from the local beach as well as the cosmopolitan attractions of Murcia city.
The villa has a large private pool (8 x4) and overlooks the 4th green. It also has two outside barbecue areas as well as an outside lounge area, perfect for taking in the view.
The resort has a brand new clubhouse situated about a 10-15 minute walk from the villa, that has the ‘Asador El Valle’ (a charcoal grill barbecue restaurant), ‘Sandalo’ chill out bar, pro golf shop, ‘Clover Pub’ and supermarket.
The property also benefits from many convenient facilities including a large plasma TV (satellite), DVD, CD player, dishwasher, microwave and air conditioning in every room.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking and cycling is also popular along the beach promenade.
Beaches and waterparks 25 minutes' drive from the beach, restaurant and bars at Los Alcazares. 40 minutes' drive from La Manga Strip. Approx. 50 minutes' drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia. Approx. 30 minutes' drive from Torrevieja Aquopolis (waterpark open between 8 June to 31 August).
Golf Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including La Torre, Mar Menor, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive.

Approx. 2 hours' drive to Granada and the Alhambra Palace. Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid. Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante, well know for it's popular water and theme parks. A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is approx. 20 minute drive away.
El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area

Booking notes A non-refundable £100 deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. No groups under 21 are allowed. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £80 applies to all bookings. Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £600 a week.
Security deposit In addition, a separate £200 security/damages deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
