The ideal holiday for golfers and their families. On site golfing can be enjoyed 7 days a week while just a short drive away are the beaches and shopping centres.
The open plan lounge and dining area with vaulted ceilings gives a light airy feeling as you enter. French doors lead to the private swimming pool. The fully fitted kitchen is complete with integrated appliances , oven, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and American style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser. There is a separate utility area with washer/dryer.
All bedrooms are good sized and have ample wardrobe, storage space. The master bedroom has double patio doors leading onto the patio/pool area.The other two beddrooms have two single beds and also have ample wardrobe space. There is a separate bathroom with shower,wash basin cupboards,toilet and bidet..
We have provided table and chairs for outside catering and there are sun loungers and also very comfortable wicker garden furniture to relax on while enjoying your barbecue.
The main bedroom also has a fitted digital safe for personal security.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Known as Spain,s warmest coast with over 320 days of sunshine a year the beaufiful urbanization of El Valle is reputed to be the "Jewel in the Crown" of all Polaris World,s developments. There is something for everyone to do whether it be shopping in Murcia city, which is just a 30 minute drive away, or relaxing on the many beaches along the coast including the beautiful bay of the Mar Menor. Within a few minutes drive you can be in one of the typical spanish villages or if you like the night life a drive into the La Zenia area has clubs, restaurants and much more.
El Valle Golf Resort area
In San Javier and Los Alcazares there are Mercadona supermarkets (equivalent to Asda etc.) as well as local shops, bars and restaurants. Dos Mares shopping mall is the nearest and is about 15 minutes away at San Pedro Pinatar where you will find a variety of shops cafes and food hall. In Cabo Roig, which is a 30 minute drive, at night you can enjoy any type of food you like, chinese, indian, italian, welsh, english etc.
How to get there
Murcia SJV airport is the closest to El Valle urbanization. Take the AP7 to Alicante and take the Balsicas turn off onto the C3319 Travel for approx 10 minutes and take the No. 4 turn off signposted El Valle, which takes you through the gatehouse and into El Valle. All in all it takes approx 20 minutes from the airport.
Jet2 is a cheap airline to travel with and Economy Car Rentals.com and good for hiring a car. Alternatively the airport of Alicante is approx. 50 minutes away from the resort. There is also a free bus service that conects the golf courses of Polaris in the murcia region that runs every day.
