A superb spacious luxury villa located on a corner plot with own private pool all on one level making it wheelchair accessible. Styled to a very high standard ,inside and out ,inside there is three large double bedrooms (one en suite with jacuzzi/whirlpool bath and shower). There is also a second shower room, a contempory kitchen with american style fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice making facilities, a separate utility room, large lounge with vaulted ceiling, french doors leading out to the large terrace with outside dining areas (one covered), barbercue.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Murcia an unspoilt area in the south east of of spain the murcia area has over 250km of beaches that stretch along the coast of the mediterranean and the inland lagoon Mar Menor.
Mar Menor Just 20 minuetes from the El Valle resort, is the Mar Menor a 135 sq km salt-water lagoon. The waters are said to have therapeutic effects due to high mineral-rich concentration and spa treatments can be enjoyed for relaxation. The Mar Menor has many beach side cafes and bars.
Dos Mares (shopping mall)
Dos Mares is just 20 minutes drive away and has some lovely shops a large supermarket , cinema, ten-pin bowling and a wide choice of restaurants and is open till late at night.
El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
El Valle is the most exclusive golf resort in the Murcia region and is surrounded by a magnificent backdrop of mountains . El Valle hosts an 18 hole, par 71 golf course designed by Nicklaus Design. On site amenities include bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
A worthwhile day trip is the Terra Aqua Water Park in Murcia. This is 20 minutes drive from El Valle and is newly opened. There is also the Animal Park which is next door and offers a great day out for the family. Check out their website www.terranatura.com for more information.
