Nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains, El Valle is only 10 kilometers from the city of Murcia and a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never over crowded. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
El Valle Golf Resort area
Golf Course details:
El Valle is the most exclusive of all the Polaris World resorts to date. Located in a beautiful desert valley, the course has been expertly designed to blend in with its surroundings with two lakes that flow into brooks and cascades through the course.
The 18 hole El Valle Golf Course, designed by Jack nicklaus Design is a par 71 and 6145m course build to professional standards. Set in over 1,100,000 square metres, this beautiful course is surrounded by stunning countryside near Banos Y Mendigo, with a breathtaking backdrop of the Murcian Mountains.
The golf course is designed with a 'desert' theme and is landscaped around rock-outcroppings, a wide variety of shrubs and desert grasses plus water features including two lakes and waterfall conformations. Accuracy is the name of the game rather than length if you wish to master this excellent golf course.
As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players.
Whilst staying at El Valle you are able to take full advantage of the reduced rates of green fees at either La Torre Golf Course or Mar Menor Golf Course. A courtesy coach is available throughout the day to transfer you and your clubs for free.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

This villa can be reserved with the payment of £100 deposit.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
£150 refundable security deposit is required as a bond and will be returned within 14 days from when the property is vacated. The refund is pending an inspection of the property.
A cleaning cost of £70 is payable on arrival in the resort direct to the keyholder. Extra cleaning is optional should it be required at a cost of £70 per week.
Changeover dates are flexible depending on availability.
