Villa Estrellas is a luxury retreat at Polaris World's Flagship resort of El Valle Golf Resort.
Nestled at the foot of the Sierra de Carracsoy mountain range Villa Estrellas would suit couples, families or groups.
THE MASTER SUITE
From the luxurious 4 poster bed, you can enjoy views out over the private swimming pool and to the golf course and mountains beyond. Your en suite bathroom provides a jacuzzi/whirlpool bath, with shower, double wash hand basins and a w.c and bidet provide all the pampering you would expect.
We offer the option of a further full size single bed or FREE travel cot, if required to suit your preference.
BEDROOM 2
A further spacious double bedroom with French doors leading out on to it's own private terrace, where shade is provided by a wooden pergoda. This room has a double bed with the option of a further single bed or FREE travel cot, to suit your preference. Triple wardrobes with integral drawers provide all the storage you may require.
BEDROOM 3

On the resort of El Valle there are two styles of 3 bedroomed villas.
The smaller is called an "Alcor" and is usually set on a plot size of just 390 m2.
The larger style is called an "Algaba" and these are usually set on a bigger plot of 760m2
However Villa Estrellas, whilst being one of the larger style "Algaba" villas is set NOT on a standard 760m2 plot but is on a HUGE 1,465m2 plot. This is almost 3 times the size of the usual Alcor and almost double that of most Algaba villas here! Which means that in addition to the the large spacious terraces there is also a private landscaped gardens for you to enjoy.
Outside the air of indulgence continues where in the shade of the cool and spacious covered terrace you can relax on the huge rattan sofas with their sumptuous cream linen cushions.
Also located here is 1 of the properties 2 intergrated BBQs, alongside a square glass table and 8 dining chair again with cream linen cushions. This provides a great place for that special al fresco dining experience. Chat through the days golf, discuss who really won at table tennis or what you might do tomorrow. This is a place were you will make memories that you will treasure. A special place that you will remember for a very long time!
Around the private 10m x 5m swimming pool, we have provided 6 sun loungers so that you can lay back and relax in the warm Spanish sunshine, whilst enjoying elevated view of the 2 separate golf holes (the 5th and 6th) with the stunning backdrop of the Sierra de Carrascoy mountain range.
Under the shade of the wooden pergola there is a further glass topped table with 6 reclining air chairs and foot rests, along with a further BBQ.
Outside Bedroom 2 there is a shaded terrace furnished with large glass table and 4 armchairs.
On the Kitchen terrace is a smoked glass table and 4 armchairs perfect position for a leisurely breakfast.

An Ideal Climate
The Costa Calida, Spain’s warm coast, is certainly deserving of it’s name. With over 320 days per year of sunshine there are more sunny days in the Murcia region than any where else in Spain with average temperatures of 21oC.
A Region to Discover
The Murcia region is an unspoilt area in the south east of Spain with 250km of beaches along the shores of 2 seas: the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. A paradise where you can relax and enjoy yourself.
The Mar Menor (small sea)
Just 15 minutes from the resort, the Mar Menor is a huge (135 sq km) salt-water lagoon, separated from the Mediterranean by the 24 km long La Manga strip. The Mar Menor's salinity provides buoyancy so it is, supposedly, one of the safest places to swim in the world, it is also renowned for it’s high water temperatures which are retained well in to the autumn months.
The mineral-rich waters are said to have therapeutic effects and because of this the area has a significant spa tourism industry. Take in the beautiful views of the Mar Menor from the extensive level promenades that run along side the beaches from San Pedro del Pintar to Santiago del la Ribera and are perfect for cycling or a relaxing walk (with pushchairs or wheel chairs) and stop off at one of the many beach side cafes or bars.
The Beaches and Water Sports
Soft sandy beaches with numerous children’s play areas on the sand, coupled with the calm waters of the Mar Menor make it ideal both for children and for the extensive water sports that are on offer here. These include Jet skiing, wind surfing, sailing, fishing, snorkelling, and scuba diving.
Shopping
The cities of Murcia & Cartegena both boast excellent shopping facilities.
At San Javier just 20 minutes drive away is Dos Mares shopping mall, which includes 10 pin bowling, cinema and an extensive food hall.
Towards Murcia, 20 minutes in the other direction you will find both Thader and now Nueva Condomina. This recently opened shopping mall with some 200 shops, including many U.K high street chains that you will be familiar with. This complex also provides a huge range of restaurants, 10 pin bowling and 6 screen cinema.
Water Park & Animal Park (Opened summer 2007)
The New Water park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and Animal park (Terra Natura Murcia) provide a wonderful family day out, with something for all ages just 15 minutes from the resort in fact on the way to Nueva Condiminia and the new football stadium see below.

Football
Football fans...look up Real Murcia, in the Spanish Premier League. They have a new purpose built stadium just to the north of the city next door to Nueva Condominia, so why not combine your shopping day with a football game.
Nature
Enjoy exploring this area know as the garden of Spain, with it’s outstanding natural beauty. There are many national parks and an abundance of wildlife and birds to be discovered.
History
The beautiful Roman port of Cartagena the Milennial Port of the Mediterranean know 2000 years ago as Carthagonova and Murcia City with it’s historic cathedral (1388) are both just a short drive away and well worth a visit.

A PRO’S VIEW OF EL VALLE 5 ***** GOLF COURSE (Desert links style)
Legendary golfer and course designer Jack Nicklaus presents a simply stunning 18 holes, of arguable the best desert links golf in all of Europe. Set at the foot of the awe-inspiring Sierra del Carrascoy mountain range, this course is guaranteed to get your heart pumping.
The golf course winds through the exclusive El Valle Resort and takes full advantage of its desert setting with numerous holes playing adjacent to both the naturally existing rock-outcroppings and ridges and also the impressive villas.
THE FRONT 9
Lush fairways and slick greens stand in stark contrast to the baron back drop of the mountains with the front nine holes offering a fair yet demanding test. The challenge begins with 2 impressive par 4’s followed by a distinguished par 5. As you proceed further into the front nine you will be confronted by the long par 5 7th hole measuring almost 600 yards and generally played into the prevailing wind. Perhaps the most scenic hole on the front nine is the 8th; this devilishly tricky short par 4 is played towards a raised undulating green and is surrounded by a rocky amphitheatre of mountains.
To further enhance the desert theme, the golf course has been landscaped with many species of native shrubs, grasses and other desert plants, other features include a number of water features, including two large lakes and many elaborate streams and waterfalls strategically placed, making this is the perfect course for developing any player's strategy.
THE BACK 9
As you head into the back nine you are almost immediately greeted by El Valle’s signature hole, the superb par 4 11th it is a short but very exacting test, the small green is protected by bunkers and rock formations offering little margin for misplaced accuracy. The tee is set breathtakingly high, overlooking the rest the course and on a clear day looks directly out towards the spectacular Mar Menor sea in the distance. The next 6 holes require a bold yet intelligent approach and will reward clever thinking. The final hole will leave you hungry for more as this medium length par 4 winds it’s way back towards the extravagant glass club house that over looks the final green. If you can avoid the water from the tee, a par 4 to finish could be on the card!
Jack and his team had a goal, to provide you and your guests with a golfing experience that is unmatched and I for one believe that he has achieved that objective !!
Polaris World and Nicklaus Design have together created the Nicklaus Golf Trail, which, once completed, will offer 9 Nicklaus Design golf courses located within a 25km radius, forming without doubt the best golf offer in Europe.

This was the second time that we stayed at this villa. Both times we have had a fantastic stay thanks to a great location, beautiful weather and a stunning villa. We would definitely recommend this villa and will hopefully stay there again in the future. |

Located at El Valle golf resort, with great views of mountain range. Large, very luxurious villa with loads of inside and outside space + great outside comfortable sofas for chilling out on. Good size pool + table tennis + large garden space Great gym + bar/restaurant 10 mins walk away at the golf clubhouse Quite remote resort so car hire needed for venturing futher afield Resort was very quiet first week of the summer holidays which was surprising, but not a problem as we wanted a relaxing holiday Good choice for those wanting luxury and happy with their own company. |
