This is a frontline villa with stunning views over the golf course and lake.The villa is fully furnished to an excellent standard and has three double bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms,both with a power shower and one with a jacuzzi bath.The villa is set on one level so is ideal for families with small children or older family members. The villa has its own private pool and a covered outdoor dining area.There's also a large patio area for relaxing in the beautiful sunshine.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida,'warm coast' boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 21oC. The local area offers lots of beautiful sandy beaches with calm,warm shallow waters ideal for families.Local beaches Mar Menor,Santiago de la ribera and los alcazares are approx 15 mins drive from el valle. There are excellent bars restaurants and shops in both Murcia and Cartagena.Also the Nueva Condominia is a fantastic shopping mall on the outskirts of murcia with numerous restaurants and well known shops such as zara, mango ,oysho etc.Ten pin bowling and a cinema. Terra Aqua Murcia provides a fun day out for the family at this animal and water park which is a 15 minute drive from ElValle. Cartagena is steeped in history and well worth a visit.Its best to park at the port and walk around this medieval town.There are many bars and restaurants to be found here.
El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
El Valle is reputed to be one of the most exclusive of the polaris world resorts and is nestled at the foot of the spectacular sierra mountain range.All Polaris World resorts are linked by a free shuttle bus which operates throughout the day and evening.This offers a great range of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops,spas,banks and of course golf courses. El Valle golf course is arguably the finest desert links golf course in europe.It is a superb 18 hole Par 71 Jack Nicklaus designed golf course that is a joy to play for both experts and beginners alike. The Nicklaus golf trail currently includes El Valle,La Torre and Mar Menor and coming soon hacienda requelme.
How to get there
El Valle is accessible from the c3319 which runs between Los Alcazares and San Javier airport(murcia),just off the AP7. Travelling time from San Javier airport is approx 15 minutes,alternatively alicante airport is approx 40 minutes away. Easy jet , Ryanair,BMI Baby,jet 2.com,monarch are a few airlines operating flights from your local airport.

25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The balance of your booking is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival.
A £200 bond against breakages will be required,this will be returned once our agent has confirmed that no damage has occured during your stay.
Additional charges are 110 euros payable direct to our keyholder on arrival in spain.This covers a meet and greet service and cleaning, linens, towels and beach towels.
A barbecue is provided however please ensure on your departure that it is left clean as our management company charge an extra 25euros for barbeque cleaning.
