About the home

This luxury 3 double bedroom and 2 bathroom detached villa is set on one level so is ideal for families with young children (Child and baby equipment provided .. even toys !!) or older family members.The HEATED swimming pool makes ideal for all round use and great for children. With its marble flooring throughout and high quality furnishings it represents fantastic value for money.

The villa is new from April 2008 and has been designed to offer comfortable furnishings yet modern in style.

With its covered outdoor dining area, large terraced patio area and private, heated swimming pool and built in BBQ area, everything has been designed for a luxurious relaxing holiday. The villa is south facing for all year round sunshine.

The resort also provides excellent security with gated patrolled entrance/site and perimeter fencing surround for complete peace of mind.

As well as the En Suite bathroom there is also a large shower room with double shower, WC and Bidet.

Feature wood burning fireplace for the Winter evenings.
Multiple french doors which open out to the terrace and pool area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with every appliance you would need on holiday including the Large Fridge/Freezer.

Reservation Fee of 25% is payable immediately to secure your booking.

The Murcia region

The Costa Calida, "Warm Coast" boasts over 320 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 21oC. The local area offers plenty of Sandy Beaches and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts.Mar Menor's beach's are also ideal for families as the water is calm,warm and shallow.There is also a long promenade ideal for walking and cycling.

Shopping: Both Murcia and Cartegena offer excellent shopping facilities including the largest department stores in Spain,El Court Ingles.

Nueva Condominia on the outskirts of Murcia is around 20 minutes away from El Valle with numerous restaurants and cafes,over 200 retail outlets including Mango , Zara, Springfield, etc.It also is home to Saturn the most up to date high tech stockists.There is also a 6 screen cinema and 10 pin bowling.

Water Park & Animal Park: Terra Aqua Murcia and Terra Natura (animal) park opened in 2007 and provides a fun day out for all the family.
The park is just 15 minutes drive from El Valle , on the way to Nueva Condominia.

Football: Real Murcia are currently in the Spanish Premier League (2007/08) season playing teams incl Barcelona and Real Madrid.

History/Culture: Cartagena is steeped in history and well worth a visit. Its best to park at the port and walk around the Medieval town.There are many restaurants and cafes to be found here.

Murcia is a 20 minute drive away it is famous for its Moorish Architecture and impressive Cathedral.Being the capital of the region it offers an excellent selection of shops and restaurants as well as places of interest.The city offers both ancient and modern architecture and is well worth a visit.

San Javier airport is approximately 15 minutes away from El Valle. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes away from El Valle.

“Home from Home” When you normally go on holiday it can take 2-3 days just to settle in, but I have to say and I speak for the family, within a couple of hours it was like we'd been there for a couple of months. Stunning and welcoming villa, pool is heated so it's ideal for young children (ours are 3 months and 18 months) villa is all on 1 level so no need to keep jumping up every 5 mins and closing doors or checking where the kids are. The layout inside and outside is really good, the bedrooms are a good size. I have to say I especially love the outside space. The fact that it's FULLY air conditioned is adeal again if you have kids, for them to be able to escape the 34* heat is a god send. The resort, compared to others in the area is not that overwhelming, great views over the golf course, nice restaurant, good service and the club house do the best chicken wings I've ever had!! Already looking at dates for next year and interested in potentially purchasing a property.

“An exceptional villa which exceeded our expectations.” This really is a lovely villa, which offers everything you would want and more. We spent two weeks with our 6 and 10 yr old children. The pool was a big hit with the kids, who spent many hours splashing around. The outside seating areas are well planned, offering both sunny and shaded areas, with lots of very comfortable outside seating and loungers. The villa's interior shares the same comfort as the exterior and is furnished to a high spec. The resort has a restaurant which offers a great family menu, with themed nights, paella , BBQ , and entertainments. We also enjoyed visiting neighbouring resorts for dinning and entertainments. Highly recommended.

Fanatastic !! the villa is beautiful, really comfortable and i think you've thought of everything to put in it. The baby equipment was such a help .. even toys ! The pool was lovely and warm, lots of space around included the undercover areas. The large bedrooms were great with ample of room for the cot. My husband just loved the golf course. All in all a wonderful holiday. Liz July 08.

Just returned from your gorgeous villa, think you have thought of everything even the playstation for the kids. The golf clubs were really handy for the boys,saved us a lot of hastle. As for us the girls laying by the pool and enjoying coffees at the luxurious clubhouse was just the relaxing time we needed. Recommend this villa to anyone its great. A big thank you for all your help and communication it meant the holiday went really smoothly.

Hi Richard,
Thankyou so much for the hire of your villa, it is absolutely beautiful, we enjoyed every minute and wanted for nothing. We cannot fault it in any way and would'nt hesitate to go back, I bet its even more amazing in the summer when the outside area can be fully utilised.
I never felt homesick once and really didn't want to come home, even considered squatters rights lol.
Brian is a diamond and could'nt do enough for us.
Our only negative and this is in no way a reflection on you; the price of the drinks in the Irish bar, however, the prices in the supermarket were surprisingly reasonable.

We had a great time at El Valle in your villa and found it very relaxing. Your property is excellent and contributed greatly to our weeks holiday providing an excellent base from which to plan our days and a comfortable and welcoming retreat in which to relax and enjoy thankfully the good weather we experienced.
Thank you very much for allowing us to rent your property and hopefully should we return to the area we can contact you again with a view to locating ourselves somewhere we know provides an excellent standard of accommodation as an important holiday starter. Everything in the villa and El Valle generally allowed us to relax and enjoy our short stay in the sun and recharge our batteries before the winter here.
