The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida extends along 250km from the beach of Carolina in Aguilas, a few kilometres from the province of Almeria, to the beach at El Mojon on the boundary with Alicante. This stretch of Murcian coastline is blessed with 315 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 17 degrees. The area offers a diverse selection of activities for the visitor including all manner of water sports, hiking, hill-climbing and much more.
El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
Murcia is increasingly becoming internationally renowned amongst the world´s golf-lovers. Due to its location and climatic conditions, this makes it a preferred choice for a wide ranging level of golfers.
This beautiful course has been designed by Nicklaus Design and is regarded as one of the pioneers in designing and integrating golf courses to residential areas.
It boasts a professional 18 hole golf course with clubhouse that has recently opened along with a pro shop and driving range.
There is also a golf academy which provides the opportunity to learn with experienced instructors.
How to get there
El Valle is found off the C3319 which runs between Los Alcazares and San Javier airport (Murcia) off the N332 and can be reached by car within 15 minutes drive from Murcia airport.
Alernatively, you can also fly to Alicante airport, and arrive at El Valle approximately 50 minutes drive later.
Car hire companies are situated in both San Javier airport and Alicante airport.

Further details indoors: The property has been luxuriously furnished with every modern appliance needed, ranging from Satelite TV, DVD, iPod docking station. The kitchen boasts a magnificent American style fridge freezer dispensing filtered cold water and ice. There is also a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the other essentials you would expect to find in 5* accommodation. The bathrooms have modern fixtures along with a jacuzzi bath to relax in after a round of golf or two! All bedrooms have delux mattresses and pillows for a good nights sleep, and there is an abundance of quality coathangers removing the need to bring them with you. Fresh towels are provided with the exception of Beach Towels.
Further details outdoors: For relaxing by the pool during the day, you have 4 modern comfortable sun loungers . And for in the evening why not chill out by the integral BBQ area, where you can relax in a modern wicker style 3 piece suite, whilst the steaks are cooking! There is also a separate dining table and chairs under the pegola for enjoying Spanish cuisine, whilst sipping a local beer or Sangria.
