This beautifully furnished villa is set close to the first tee and spectacular new clubhouse, Benefiting from full Air Conditioning and Central Heating. The villa has its own private pool and ample space around the pool for relaxing or dining in the beautiful Murcia climate, boasting an average of 300 days sunshine a year.
Inside there are 3 large double bedrooms and two bathrooms ,with the master bedroom enjoying french doors leading out to the pool and terrace as well as an en-suite with a spa-massage bath, perfect for soothing those tired muscles after golf! The lounge and dining area is open plan with vaulted ceilings which give a wonderful light and spacious feel to the room.
The private swimming pool and outdoor covered seating area is the perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy dining 'alfresco' in the warm Murcia climate. Any guest staying on a Polaris World Resort can use the facilities and services of all the Polaris World resorts, including the golf courses, bars and restaurants. Polaris World operate a shuttle service to take guests between the resorts.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida/Murcia region The Costa Calida is situated in the southeast of Spain. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria. Translating as the "Warm Coast" Costa Calida forms the coastline of the Murcia region.
