About the home

We have a LUXURY Penthouse apartment and three LUXURY 2nd floor apartments (all with lift access). They have large terrace's two are frontline golf whilst the other two over look the largest of the pools, they have a large table and 4 padded chairs for outside dining or just relaxing watching the golf on those lovely balmy evenings, as well as four padded loungers for sunbathing.
All of our properties have full air con and central heating.

Wireless Internet access, 32” LCD TV with DVD player with freeview box (English channels), CD player with USB port, Full size kithchen with Fridge freezer, oven and Hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

As well as air con the bedrooms have ceiling fans, (we find the fans give you a better nights sleep on those hot evenings) Both bedrooms can be either Superking or twin beds.
2 bathrooms one has a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath with overhead shower, and the other has a walk-in shower cubicle.
If our properties are not available we can arrange for you to book with other owners, so give us a call first it could save you making a lot of enquiries.

There are five communal pools (with sun loungers) around the resort for you to choose, also a tennis court, table tennis table, gymnasium (small but free) and the apartments are only a few minutes walk away from the irish bar, the clubhouse, the restaurant and the supermarket.
Polaris also provide a FREE shuttle bus service several times a day between their other golf resorts, La Torre, Mar Menor and Hacienda Raquelme where there are also extensive facilities and pools you can use at no extra charge.

£100 deposit taken to secure your booking, full balance due six weeks prior to holiday start date.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required. Payments can be made either in GBP or Euros, via Paypal direct bank transfer or cheque.

The Murcia region

The Costa Calida, means "warm coast", is certainly deserving of it’s name. An unspoilt area in the south east region of Spain with 250km of beaches along a varied coastline.

As well as the Murcias fabulous coastal beaches and the Mar Menor Europe's largest salt-water lagoon, renowned for it’s high water temperatures (5degrees warmer that the med, which are retained well in to the autumn months) and the mineral-rich waters with their therapeutic effects, and its extensive level promenades that run along side the soft sandy beaches with numerous children’s play areas, perfect for cycling or a relaxing walk (with pushchairs or wheel chairs), and plenty of water sports, beach side cafes and bars, there is so much more on offer in this region from an evening of engaging nigthlife to a traditional Spanish villages warm and friendly welcoming.

You will discover history in abundance with places like the beautiful and lively Roman port of Cartagena or Murcia City with it’s historic cathedral (1388) are both just a short drive away and well worth a visit.

San Pedro Del Pinatar is a Beautiful nature reserve and special preservation area for Migratory birds.

The El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area

As well as the fantastic golf course available on the resorts, they share numerous bars, restaurants, shops and spa facilities.

The New Water park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and Animal park (Terra Natura Murcia) provide a wonderful family day out, with something for all ages just 15 minutes from the resort.

The nearby Nueva Condomina. A recently opened shopping mall with some 200 shops, including many U.K high street chains. This complex also provides a impressive range of restaurants, 10 pin bowling and a 6 screen cinema.

A new purpose built football stadium has been built next door, Real Murcia are now playing in the Spanish Premier League, football for some shopping for others a perfect combination for families.

The extensive water sports that are on offer include Jet skiing, wind surfing, sailing, fishing, snorkelling, and scuba diving.

The Polaris World resort of El Valle is easily accessible via both San Javier (Murcia) and Alicante airports. The resort is signposted off the C3319.

Murcia- San Javier airport is 20 minutes.
Alicante airport is 50 minutes

"The apartment was very well furnished, and the kitchen full of useful utensils. A tray would be a welcome addition for the kitchen to carry items to and from the patio. The air conditioning, which we only put on at night, was efficient & very quiet. Peter was very helpful showing us around and pointing out where things were in the resort.
We found the supermarket in the Resort surprisingly competitive! lots of the prices were cheaper than the big supermarkets. The views from the club house are beautiful: A lovely way to end the day sipping sangria! When I asked Alex and Ollie for their feedback they said "we loved the big telly and CBBC channel and the swimming pool where we met our new friends".A big thumbs up from them.
We had a few days out. The water Park in MUrcia was expensive, but the boys had a great time and enjoyed finishing the day in the zoo. They are very strict on the children's height; so not recommended for under 120cms tall. We went to the Angela Restaurant in Los Alcazares twice and would recommend their Fish Paella; Very flavoursome. The service was excellent too. Many thanks again.
We have had a lovely week staying in El Valle. All the other residents have made us feel very welcome, and hope to go back again in the future to explore the area more."
