Villa Aguila is located on the new and exclusive El Valle Golf resort the Polarisworld flagship resort. The desert landscape designed by Jack Nichlaus is a challenging course on the Nicklaus trail in Murcia. Peaceful, yet only ten minutes from the larger resorts at La Torre, and the cosmopolitan city of Murcia, the resort is close to local markets and many outdoor activities. Just 20 minutes drive to the lovely family beach at Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor lagoon with it's sailing club and bars and restaurants. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is the terrace and pool area which can also be accessed from twin french doors of the master bedroom. Furniture to seat 8 allows you to dine al fresco. With one king size or twin beds in the master en-suite bedroom and two further twin bedrooms with an additional shower room, and the option of the sofa bed as a further double bed, the accommodation is flexible.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Mar menor is reputed to be one of the healthiest places to live. The salt planes and the warm lagoon at Mar Menor compliment the healthy climate. The historic city of Murcia just a short drive from El Valle golf Resort has a cosmipolitan feel. with shops, bars and restaurants as well as the usual shops you would expect from a european city.
El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
El Valle is the polarisworld flagship resort. A mixture of private villas and apartments, the build density is the lowest of all the resorts. This provides a feeling of tranquility and space, and allows breath taking views of the golf course from various places around the resort. The whole resort blends beautifully with the mountain back drop, and has the appearance of a white spanish village from the main road. The flora and fauna in the area is an attraction for bird watchers and golfers alike. The resort is also wonderful for family groups, being safe for children with open spaces to play and walk, and a choice of communal pools should you wish to mix with other holidaymakers.
How to get there
From Murcia San javier airport, follow signs for Balsicas. Heading towards Murcia City. When you pass the polarisworld La Loma resort, it is a short distance on the right hand side. Use the slip road just before the El Valle Golf resort sign,junction 4. On booking we will email junction pictures to you on request.
From Alicante airport, follow signs for Cartagena. Follow the motorway until you see signs for Balsicas. Follow instuctions as above.

Further details indoors: Brand new villa in moroccan style, all accommodation is on the ground floor. Fittings throughout are high quality marble floors and bathrooms. Spacious open plan lounge/dining area. Separate conservatory with BBQ. Kitchen is fitted with granite worktops and an amerian style fridge freezer providing chilled filtered water and ice on tap. The bedrooms are all fitted with good sized wardrobe space and have wooden shutters in keeping with the style of this, the polarisworld flagship resort in Murcia.
There is a temporary club house serving drinks, snacks and tapas, with a golf pro-shop.
Please note that the price of this quality accommodation reflects the fact that not all facilities are open yet on site, however, there is a free air conditioned shuttle bus service on site, allowing access to the quality facilities at the other Polarisworld resorts at La Torre and Mar Menor. The new Club house with shop and bars/restaurants due to open in May 2008.
Enjoy the lovely golf course and peace at El Valle, but benefit from the facilities nearby.

Cleaning, linen and towels are provided, safety deposit box available free of charge. Discounts available to guests on golf fees by prior arrangement. Cot and high chairs available by prior request (small charge). Additional services available such as welcome packs, BBQ packs, Mid-week linen and towel change, airport meet and greet or keyholder meet and greet.
Conditions
£150 deposit per week booked to secure the booking. Payment due in full, 8 weeks before departure. Cancellations will forfeit payments as follows: cancellation before full payment, deposit. Cancellation less than 8 weeks but more than 4 weeks, half payment. Cancellation within 4 weeks, forfeit full payment. We recommend you have sufficient insurance with cancellation policy.
