The large lounge/diner is an impressive sight with its high vaulted ceiling and lovered French triple doors which can be opened wide to the large patio area and private pool. An outside pergola provides additional shade with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on by the pool.
After a days golfing or sight seeing you can dine 'Al Fresco' on the shaded patio area with its large table and comftable chairs and integrated BBQ or select to sit inside around the impressive dining table with 6 high backed leather chairs.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms. The master has a large king size bed, and this room is adjacent to the en-suite bathroom, comprising hydro massage bath shower bidet & toilet. Also beautiful lovered doors open out onto patio & pool terrace. Further two bedrooms furnished tastefully and contain 2 single beds, as with main contain bedside cabinets and plenty of wardrobe space.
The kitchen is fully fitted including an American style Fridge Freezer dispensing ice & filtered water on demand. Washing machine & dishwasher plus all necessary appliances to cook any gourmet meal you may wish.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida (spains Warm Coast) boasts 25 km of coastline with numerous sandy beaches and resorts. The main feature of the area is the Mar Menor - or little sea - which is a huge natural salt water lagoon home to wildlife, watersports and many healing qualities in the thermal waters.
The area is typically Spanish with many areas being untouched by tourism.
Golfing is proving popular in this area with world famous La Manga resort being close to the Menor sea Numerous other golf courses are available to play in the area and at least 15 are within 30 mins drive of property.
El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
El Valle is a secure resort with 24 hour gated security, mobile patrols and automatic number plate recognition at entrance gate. Being set at the foothills of the nature reserve allows for a variety of activity based on holiday options, including walking, mountain biking and exploring local areas. The resort is within 15 m ins drive of Murcia City centre with its host of bars, restaurants, varied nightlife and of course the famous cathedral and Baroque architecture. Numerous restaurants and cafes are available close to the resort, along with a water park, nature reserve, go carting and the Real Murcia football stadium (La Liga).
