A stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa, with marble floors throughout, high vaulted ceilings which give so much extra light while keeping the inside extra cool and shutters at all the windows for a very spanish feel. Furnished to the highest standard with leather sofas and very comfortable beds, this villa is comprehensively equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Spacious lounge with triple French doors opening onto the garden and private pool, large 40 inch flat screen TV with Satellite and DVD. The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs.The kitchen is fitted with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser, fitted with water filter so no more bottles of water in the fridge. A door leads to the utility room which houses a washing machine/dryer,and sink. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes (incorporating a floor safe) and double french doors which open to garden and pool. The en-suite bathroom has shower, spa massage bath, inset twin sinks, bidet and toilet.
A further two double bedrooms have twin beds and large fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes a separate bathroom with shower, inset single sink, toilet and bidet.
From the kitchen there is a door which leads to the barbeque and covered seating area where there is a large table and 6 chairs, for you to dine Alfresco alternatively there is a pergola area. The garden has a private swimming pool, pool shower, patio areas with sun loungers and plenty of space to sit in or out of the sun.
The villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated.
This property is NOT frontline, so you can enjoy your privacy. No dodging golf balls in the pool or being woken up by early morning tee offs!
Security is of the highest importance to ensure a safe and stress free life. A security service operates 24 hours a day with CCTV cameras and strict gate control of access to the resort.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The region of Murcia has an abundance of traditional experiences and adventures that can accommodate all. From waterparks to wine tours, this highly historic area of Spain will amaze and excite all types of holiday maker, not to mention the fabulous golfing facilities.
THE CLIMATE
Murcia is bestowed with almost 2800 hours of sunshine a year – that's about double seen in the UK! Just to even out the maths, and with an average temperature of 21oC its easy to see why Costa Calida is known as Spain’s warm coast.
THE REGION
El Valle is situated in the province of Murcia which is in the South East of mainland Spain and boasts over 230 km of golden sandy beaches, the shores of which are flanked by 2 seas the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The Mar Menor or (small sea) is Europe's largest salt water lagoon, with 175 square kilometres of shallow water. The beaches of San Pedro del Pinatar are unusual, facing the deep blue of the Mediterranean on one side and the saltwater lagoon of Mar Menor on the other, where the water temperature can reach a hot 30º in August
WATER SPORTS
There is an array of watersports, such as sailing, swimming, scuba diving, windsurfing, waterskiing and kitesurfing to be found at the near by beach of Los Alcazares.The mountainous interior also antes up walking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, cycling and even rock climbing.
SHOPPING
Los Alcazares and San Javier have supermarkets where you can find many English branded goods(should you have a craving for good ol’ Heinz Beans) with an array of local shops should you want to go native!!
Dos Mares shopping mall is the nearest and is about 15 minutes away at San Pedro Pinatar, you will find an array of shops to suit all tastes, cafés and an extensive food hall.
Nueva Condominia on the outskirts of Murcia is around 20 minutes away from El Valle with numerous restaurants and cafes, lots of outlets offering everything, from food to Haute Couture Boutiques, including Mango, Zara, Springfield and Pull and Bear there’s even C&A. Spain's largest IT store Saturn which stocks the most up to date, high tech equipment at extremely competitive prices can also be found there and if you just want to chill checkout the 10 pin bowling and a 6 screen cinema, sure to be a hit with all the family.
WATER AND ANIMAL PARK
For those wanting a little more fun Terra Aqua Murcia and Animal Park provides a fun day out for all ages. The Park is just 15 minutes from El Valle, on the way to Nueva Condominia.
HISTORY
Murcia Cathedral, a 600 year old building has many Renaissance and Baroque elements, although its interior is basically Gothic.Check it out!!
The Port of Cartagena is a must do visit. Founded by the Carthaginians in 227 it was the place where Hannibal departed to fight against the Romans, as you can imagine the Port is steeped in history and beautiful architecture including some of the most wonderful façade’s. There are numerous museums housing every thing from Roman Mosaics to a collection of elephant tusks with Phoenician inscriptions, the only one of its kind in the world, there’s even a life-size model of a Roman merchant ship.
El Valle Golf Resort area
El Valle Golf Resort is reputed to be one of the most exclusive of the Polaris Resorts, with spectacular views of Sierra mountain range as its back drop its easy to see why.

Accuracy is the name of the game rather than length if you wish to master this excellent golf course. The golf course winds through the exclusive El Valle Resort & Spa and takes full advantage of its desert setting with numerous holes playing adjacent to both the naturally existing rock-outcroppings and ridges and also the impressive villas.
As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players.
Whilst staying at El Valle you are able to take full advantage of the reduced rates of green fees at either La Torre Golf Course or Mar Menor Golf Course. A courtesy coach is available throughout the day to transfer you and your clubs for free.

El Valle is accessible from the C3319 which runs between Los Alcazares and San Javier airport. (Murcia) , just off the AP-7
Travelling time is approx 15 minutes from SanJavier airport; alternatively the airport of Alicante is approximately 50 minutes away from the resort.
