This golf facing villa is ideal for golfers and families and as you enter the impressive open plan lounge dining area with it's high vaulted ceilings you are instantly drawn to the views through the triple French doors which lead to the terraces, private heated swimming pool and covered seating area. Here you can sit, relax, unwind and watch golf during the day and the stunning sunset at dusk.....Perfect!
The fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances has oven, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and freestanding American style fridge freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser. Leading from the kitchen is the separate utility area with washer/dryer.
The master bedroom has a King Size bed, double fitted wardrobes, safe for valuables and also boasts two sets of French doors leading to the pool and terrace area. Ajacent is a spacious en-suite bathroom with twin inset sinks, hydro massage bath, shower and bidet.
The villa has a further two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two single beds in each. If preferred, by prior arrangement these can be made up as double beds. Both are served by a separate bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin, toilet and bidet.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
THE CLIMATE
With over 320 days of sunshine per year and average temperatures of 21oC it is easy to see why Costa Calida is known as Spain’s warm coast.
THE REGION
El Valle is situated in the province of Murcia which is in the South East of mainland Spain and boasts over 230 km of golden sandy beaches, the shores of which are flanked by 2 seas the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.
The Mar Menor or (small sea) is Europe's largest salt water lagoon, with 175 square kilometres of shallow water surrounded by the districts of Los Urrutias, San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier, Los Alcazares and La Manga to name just a few. People come daily to apply the mud from the bed of the lakes to their bodies, then cross the road and wash it off in the Mar Menor. It is especially popular with those who suffer from arthritis and muscular problems.
The Mar Menor is ideal for children with soft sandy beaches and warm, calm, shallow waters.
WATER SPORTS
For the more energetic there is an array of water sports on offer including, water-skiing, Jet skiing, wind surfing, sailing, snorkelling, and scuba diving.
Just want to chill? spend a relaxing day fishing off the sandy shores or surrounding rocks.
SHOPPING
Dos Mares shopping mall 15 minutes away at San Pedro Pinatar, houses a variety of shops, cafés and an extensive food hall.
Nueva Condominia on the outskirts of Murcia is only 20 minutes away from the resort with around 20 restaurants and cafes, 200 retail outlets offering everything, from food to haute couture boutiques, including Mango, Zara, Springfield and Pull and Bear.
For those who prefer gizmos and gadgets you will find Spain's largest IT store which stocks the most up to date, high tech equipment at extremely competitive prices.

WATER AND ANIMAL PARK
Terra Aqua Murcia and Animal Park (Terra Natura Murcia) opened in 2007 and provides a fun day out for all ages. The Park is just 15 minutes from El Valle, on the way to Nueva Condominia and the new football stadium which will feature many of the Spanish Premier League games in 2008.

THE COURSE
The Jack Nicklaus designed, par 71, mid sized course at El Valle is fast becoming the most popular of all the Polaris courses and presents a simply stunning 18 holes in natural surroundings with a variety of cascading water features, gullies and bunkers to test your skills. Hole boundaries are adjacent to contiguous holes, and not to the homes, making the course, both challenging and rewarding.
El Valle’s signature hole, the par 4, 11th has a breathtakingly high tee (with views on a clear day of the Mar Menor) and a small green protected by bunkers and rock formations making this a real test every time you play the course.

El Valle is the most exclusive of the Polaris resorts and is nestled at the foot of the spectacular Sierra mountain range. It is linked to the other resorts and their facilities by a free shuttle bus service which operates throughout the day. Polaris facilities include :- Spa's, SuperMarket, Hotel, Tennis, Restaurants, Bars, Beauty Treatments, Banks and a small number of shops.
How to get there
El Valle is accessible from the C3319 beyond La Torre and Balsicas on the route to Murcia. Closest Airport is Murcia (MJV) at only 20 minutes.
From San Javier airport take the AP7 heading for Alicante & San Pedro Del Pinatar, stay in the nearside lane and almost immediately take exit 782 for Balsicas, Murcia on the C3319. Join the C3319 and proceed for Murcia & Balsicas. Elle Valle is approx 20km on the C3319 (you will see Polaris World La Torre resort at 15kn on your left).
Elle Valle is set back almost in the foot of the mountain range (white buildings) and you exit from the C3319 at exit 4 with a large Polaris World - Elle Valle sign on your right. Follow the access road down to the gatehouse. If arriving when dark the exit from the C3319 is almost adjacent to the luminous "Hoyo 19 Nightclub" sign.
Travelling time is approx 15 minutes from the airport; alternatively the airport of Alicante is approximately 50 minutes away from the resort.
Easy Jet, Ryan Air, Jet2 and Monarch, are just a few of the low cost air lines flying to the region. Flights can be conveniently booked on line and are very reasonably priced.

To reserve the villa a deposit of £100 per week will be required (£50 for shorter stays)
BALANCE
The balance will be required 28 days prior to the comencement of your holiday ( for late bookings, the full balance will be required at the time of booking)
BOND
A £200 bond against breakages will be required and this will be returned once our agent has confirmed that no damage has occurred during your stay.
