The apartment is situated on the latest of the Nicklaus Golf Trail courses, an 18 hole signature course Par 71. The low density of properties, most of which are set well back from the course are framed by the natural backdrop of the rocky valley.

The apartment terrace looks out on to a generous sized swimming pool which is easily visible from the seating area on the terrace.

The clubhouse is spectacular, and overlooks a superb view of the golf course. The same building houses a restaurant, bar, golf shop and a well equipped supermarket. All these facilities are a minutes walk from the apartment. A complementary courtesy bus runs several times a day to the other nearby Polaris resorts of La Torre and mar Menor from outside of the club house.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

10 Minutes drive to Murcia town, and close to other Polaris golf resorts of Mar Menor and La Torre. El Valle Golf Resort is situated in the Costa Calida region which enjoys 300 sunny days a year. .The coast stretches 250 km where the Mar Menor meets the Mediterranean.The waters of the Mar Menor are are noted to be 6 to 7 degrees warmer than other Mediterranean resorts by fact of the lagoon with calm waters offering the ideal conditions for young families to bathe in the sea.

Beaches such as Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcazares are some 15 minutes drive from El Valle and boast superb sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, excellent night life and for those enthusiasts, jet skiing is a must and can be booked on the beach at Los Alcazares.

Murcia city with its historic cathedral (1388) is only 10 - 15 minutes drive from El Valle Golf Resort. Recently opened is Nuevo Condominia shopping mall with some 200 shops, including Pri Mark, H & M, Mothercare, Zara but to name a few with approximately 50 restaurants, 10 pin bowling alley and 6 screen cinema is an absolute must for the ardent shoppers. If you visit Nueva Condominia, you will need to plan a whole day visit.

For the children why not have a fun day out at the Terra Natura animal park and Aqua Park all situated approx 15 min drive from El Valle Golf Resort in Murcia, in fact on your way to Nueva Condominia

Property is situated on the perimiter of the golf course, overlooking a generous sized swimming pool.El Valle is the most exclusive resort on the east coast of Spain.

There are several swimming pools and playground areas for the children on the resort.

Only a minutes walk from the apartment you will find the luxurious clubhouse which boasts spectacular views of the golf course. A restaurant, bar, and golf shop are contained within the clubhouse buildings and a well equipped supermarket is housed on the perimiter of the same site.

Refundable £150 security deposit required with final balance payment.

We require a £150 to cover any breakages this must be sent with deposit but will not be cashed and returned after your stay.
