Home description
This luxury larger of the 3 bed villas - the Algaba, sleeps 6/8 comfortably and has a private 10M X 5M pool. Luxuriously furnished to an exceptionally high standard, this villa has all facilities supplied. There 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a dramatic open plan living space with vaulted ceilings including leather sofas and a 42" plasma TV complete with satelite channels, DVD player and I-pod docking station and a six seater dining table. Broadband internet is available for use by residents.
Outside you will find two, 6-8 seater dining areas each with their own separate BBQ, and a fantastic covered outdoor lounge area, including 3 sofas together with an outdoor fridge to keep things cool - a great place to chill out over a glass of wine or cold beer.
In addition there is a spacious sun terrace and 10 x 5 metre private pool overlooking the fairway.
Air Conditioning and heating is provided at no extra cost. Off road private parking for several cars is provided at the front of the property
This is fontline and has golfing views of the first four fairways set with the spectacular mountain backdrop of the Sierra Carrascoy mountain range. It is set in arguably one of the best locations on El Valle, only a few minutes walk from the Golf Club, restaurants and supermarket. The spectacular 18 hole El Valle Golf Course is at your fingertips and play is allowed at residents (reduced) rates.

The Resort is the jewel in the crown of Polaris World and the course is set to be a favourite amongst golfers, being the 3rd course released in the Jack Nicklaus "Bear's Trail" of 9 courses.
24 Hour security patrols within the walled resort with CCTV installed and number plate recognition at the gatehouse for your security.
This is a truely ideal location as a base for a golf holiday to the area. With an average of over 300 days sunshine per year this makes Murcia and great location for short and long breaks all year round.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida (Warm coast) boasts 250 km of coastline with numerous sandy beaches and resorts. The main feature of the area is the Mar Menor - or little sea - which is a huge natural salt water lagoon home to wildlife, watersports and many healing qualities in the thermal waters. The region boasts the most hours of sunshine in Spain per year at 3000 hrs and has little rain throughout the year.
The area is typically Spanish with many areas being untouched by tourism.
Golfing is proving popular in the area with the world famous La Manga resort being close to the Mar Menor sea. Numerous other golf courses are available to play in the area and at least 15 are within 30 minutes drive of El Valle with many more planned.
El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
El Valle is a secure resort with 24 hour gated security, mobile patrols, and automatic number plate recognition at the entrance gate. Being set at the foothills of the nature reserve allows for a variety of activity based holiday options, including walking, mountain biking, and exploring the local area.
The resort is within 15 minutes drive of Murcia City centre with its host of bars, restaurants, varied nightlife and - of course - the famous cathedral and Baroque architecture.
Numerous restaurants and cafes are also available closer to the resort, along with a water park, nature reserve and the Real Murcia football stadium (La Liga).
El Valle Golf Resort is the newest in the Polaris portfolio of exclusive, secure resorts and the town centre is yet to be fully completed. This will not result in disruption to your stay, but may mean fewer facilities are available at present. The clubhouse is due for completion in March 2008.
How to get there
El Valle Golf Resort is situated within 15 minutes drive from Murcia International Airport and only 45 Minutes from Alicante. Both are serviced by numerous budget airlines with daily flights. Several car hire companies are avaialble for use at Murcia airport and car hire is recommended - whether it is to visit the numerous other golf courses or to explore the area and local culture.
The area is subject of intense promotion by the Spanish Government and is rapidly changing due to the investment.

Further details indoors: Luxury furnishings complement this villa which has an exceptionally spacious lounge area with high ceilings. Satellite TV (UK and Spanish) and 42" plasma TV are provided along with DVD player and Hi-Fi.
All kitchen utensils and equipment are provided in stainless steel, as are the microwave, double oven and American style fridge freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser.
All bedrooms are finished with Egyptian cotton sheets and towelling for added luxury and every detail has been attended to. The bedrooms can be made up as doubles or single beds.
The main bathroom hosts a hydro massage bath with integrated shower and is en-suite to the main bedroom in a private part of the villa.
Further details outdoors: Plenty of seating is provided both in the covered conservatory area and in the terraced pool area.
Wooden steamers (with covers) allow relaxation around the private pool and comfy padded setees allow you to cool in the conservatory.
A barbeque is situated underneath a covered pergola adjacent to the third tee, allowing unrivalled views of the play on the course whilst enjoying an evening meal at the table and chairs.
Further details
£250 per week refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival and will be returned following your stay. £250 per week is required as deposit to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A cleaning cost of €100 is payable on arrival in the resort direct to the keyholder - who will meet you at the entrance to the resort and escort you to the villa.
A welcome pack is provided. Air conditioning and heating are provided at no extra cost.
Access to the 4 available Polaris golf courses (El Valle, La Torre, Mar Menor and Hacienda Riquelme) is provided at reduced rates.
The property is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Luggage can be left if you have a late departure, or early arrival, flight. Terms and conditions are available on request from the owner.
