This apartment sits alongside a stunning 18 hole golf course with fantastic views of both the mountains and the Mar Menor in the distance. If golf is not you thing then you are centrally located with access to the wonderful city of Murcia, where shopping is a must. Cartegena is the second city in the region and has many places of interest and history to visit. The beaches of the Mar Menor are a 20 Min's drive away and will be spoilt for choice of water sports, shops and bars. The resort has a free shuttle bus service which transports you between the other Polaris developments, giving you access to 2 more golf course a luxury 5 star hotel and spa, bars and restaurants.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The resort is situated in the fantastic region of Murcia on the costa calida, This area has over 300 days of sun shine a year making this a popular choice for your holidays. The region of Murcia is steeped in history and there is many places of interest to visit. The local people of this region are very proud of there history and culture and you wont be disappointed when visiting the vast choices of restaurants and tapas bars available around this region.

El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area

There is something for everyone within the area from Golf to shopping, sightseeing to fishing and a whole lot more.... You can be almost anywhere within the region within an hour , from rural inland, city centre or by the sea which means there's a lot to do. Murcia and Cartagena now boasts some of the best out of town shopping experiences with the area. If its a bargain you want you can catch a market 7 days a week within the area, sampling some of the superb fresh fruit and veg which is grown direct from the region of Murcia. There are many sporting activities you can enjoy in the area from golf, tennis, all water sports, fishing, horse riding, quad biking, go-karts, scuba diving and loads more.... If a water fun park is a key feature of your holiday you wont be disapointed as there is 2 within 30 minutes drive of La Torre aswell as a new zoo thats just opened in the summer of 2007. Boat trips are also available form San Javier and a daily passenger ferry runs regulary between the San Javier and the La Manga strip for less than 5 euros per person. If Wine is your thing there are 2 well known wine regions within Murcia, firstly there is Jumilla and then theres Bullas. Both of which have many bodegas where you can go and sample some of the local wines and you can even treat your self to a bottle to take home(wine prices vary, but wine is as cheap as less than 2 euros for a good bottle). The resort has one of th best 18-hole golf courses in the area with its dessert feel and theme. The free Polaris shuttle bus runs between all of the other Polaris developments...and you can use the other facilities within the other Polaris Worlds: SuperMarket, Hotel, Spa, Tennis, Restaurants, Bars, Golf Courses, Beauty Treatments, Banks etc etc........

How to get there

This apartment is based at the Luxury Golf Resort of El Valle in Murcia. The nearest airport is San Javier which is approx a 25 minutes away, most budget airlines such as Jet2, Ryanair, Easyjet and Monarch all fly daily into here from the UK, Alternitavely the airport at Alicante is approx 1hrs drive away where you will have a wider choice of airlines and times available to you. Both airports offer a wide choice of car hire services available to you with companies such as www.carjet.com where you are sure to find the best deal available.

This property has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bed has a King size bed, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds with bedside table, lamp and fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need, there is also direct access to the terrace from the kitchen making this easy if dining outdoors. The sitting room has been tastefully furnished and has a TV, DVD and satellite package for your enjoyment. There is a table with four chairs for dining indoors. The bathroom consists of jacuzzi bath over head shower with screen, attractive vanity unit with wash basin, WC , bidet and heated towel rail.

The apartment has a large terrace with table and chairs for Al Fresco dining, there is also 2 sun loungers for those who choose to sun bathe. This property has an allocated parking space in the basement which you can access via the lifts, making this an ideal choice for the elderley and disabled.

This property is available to let any day of the wk, A minimum of 4 nights stay is required, daily rates are charged at £ 50 per day. Access to the property will be from 4pm on the day of arrival and you must vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure. A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking and is payable with 7 days. A security deposit of £100 is also required and payable with the remaining balance 8wks prior to you arrival. Your security deposit will be returned 14 days after your departure once the management company has been into the property and are satisfied. (full details are available upon request)
