The holiday theme on Polaris Resorts is family and golf. A keen golfer will gain a challenge from this, the 3rd resort to be opened by Polaris World Resorts. 18 holes and although a public course, as a renter you gain a discount from the owner on course fees.
A large pool sits alongside a spa pool., BBQ area and al fresco breakfast area. Enjoy sun all day and warm climate on the Costa Calida!
Should you book and be part of a party with wheelchair bound individual please note the only provision we do not have is a lower worktop in kitchen. A wet room with all conversions to toilet, handrail and shower is available.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Costa Calida the warm coast is beautiful in winter and summer. Good temperatures throughout enhance the shallow shores of the Mar Menor Beaches great for children
Cartagena an historic town is around 45 minutes away and Murcia closer at 20, both beautiful cities with much to offer.
A new waterpark can be reach in around 25 minutes on outskirts of Murcia, summer opening up to half term Oct only as well as in Torrevieja around 25 mins away
El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
Local beaches to visit, San Pedro, Santiago De La Ribera and ofcourse Los Alcazares, 22 klms of beach
There is good shopping at San Pedro in Dos Mares a mall type centre, as well as shopping, eating and drinking
You can hop on the free bus around the 3 resorts open on Polaris World and eat at each (although only a small golf bar is available on El Valle at the moment). There are numerous restaurants at La torre and Mar Menor Resorts and the free bus helps with the night driving. The nearest supermarket is La Torre Resort around 10 minutes in the car, this also has tennis courts to hire
How to get there
Murcia, San Javier airport is the nearest to El Valle Resort and the journey transfer will be around 30minutes. Alicante can also be used with around an hours travel time. Car companies use Polaris World themsleves who will collect you from airport and drop car at door. No chance of getting lost that way. Budget airlines all fly to Murcia now, Jet 2 Ryanair, Easyjet etc

Further details indoors: With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms this is a comfortable relaxing and luxury property. Air con through vents in all the rooms and radiators for winter nights. Internet access will be available as well as SAT TV, although not currently installed. Digital television is available and provides some English speaking channels as well as other European information
All rooms have pulled together beds so you can have 5 doubles and 2 singles or 12 singles - 2 of the singles are foot stolls which pull to beds
A large kitchen fully fitted with the 5th bedroom behind this with its separate door and sun terrace to rear makes it ideal for perhaps an additional guest or family
2 rooms are large en suite bedrooms with double bathrooms, the 3rd is attached to the 5th bedroom making it secluded from rest of house
