The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Beaches such as Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcazares are some 15 minutes drive from El Valle and boast superb sandy beaches,bars,restaurants,excellent night life and for those enthusiasts,jet skiing and kite surfing can be booked on the beach at Los Alcazares.
Murcia city with it's historic cathedral (1388)is only 10-15 minutes drive from El Valle Golf Resort.Recently opened is Nuevo Condominia shopping mall with some 200 shops,50 restaurants,bowling alley and 6 screen cinema is an absolute must for the ardent shoppers.

El Valle Golf Resort is located on the C3319 between los Alcazares and Murcia(San Javier airport) and can be reached by car within 15 minutes drive from Murcia airport. Budget airlines flying to this destination are:Easyjet,Ryan air,Jet 2,Flyglobespan,Flybe but to name a few. Alternatively,you can also fly to Alicante airport,El Valle is approximately 60 minutes drive to El Valle Golf Resort. La Torre,Mar Menor and Mosa Trajectum Golf Resorts are also within 5,10 and 15 minutes drive from El Valle.The beautiful city of Murcia is approximately 12 kms from El Valle. Car hire companies are situated in both San Javier airport and Alicante airport. Polaris world also offers a car hire service with delivery to your villa.

A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details.
All bookings are subject to a £75 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.
Booking notes: Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays.
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.
No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.
Security deposit: In addition, a separate £200 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
