Situated on El Valle golf resort in the Costa Calida which enjoys around 315 days per year of fabulous sunshine.

El Valle, Polaris Worlds most exclusive resort to date, now has an 18 hole golf course open which is designed by Jack Nicklaus. Free shuttle bus runs throughout the day to take you to La Torre and Mar Menor Golf Resorts so that you can enjoy all facilities on all courses at no extra cost and at resident rates.

Outdoor swimming pool is immediately below so is ideal for keeping an eye on youngsters whilst relaxing on the luxury terrace furniture. There are also several fabulous beaches within half hour drive. Apartment also has 3 sun loungers which can be taken down to the pool.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Murcia, known as the "warm coast" is one of the regions with the most sunny days per year with an average temperature of 25 degrees C. With 250km of shoreline along 2 seas - the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.

There are over 30 museums in the area along with 22 castles and fortress remains. Murcia is full of history and artistic heritage. The landscape is peppered with breathtaking cliffs, secluded beaches, lively seaports and natural coves of crystal clear waters.

The beautiful roman port of Cartagena is only a short drive and well worth a visit.

A lovely beach to visit is Los Alcazares which is only 20 minutes drive where there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area

El Valle is the most exclusive resort on the east coast of Spain.

Soon to be added to the resort is a 5 star luxury hotel and town centre which will include supermarket, bars and restaurants where there will be weekly activities such as face painting and bouncy castles to entertain the children. For the adults there is evening entertainment in the club house or one of the many bars.

There are several swimming pools and playground areas for the little ones.

Alternatively, have a night at El Gordo bowling alley which is just 5 minutes drive.

How to get there

Cheap airline flights to San Javier and Alicante via Ryanair, Jet 2 and Easyjet.

We are about 30 minutes from San Javier airport from where several car hire companies can be found. One to recommend would be Carjet.

£150 cheque required for security deposit against damages is payable when balance due which will be refunded once our agent confirms no breakages. 65 Euro is payable on arrival for cleaning. Rental rate included meet & greet in which our agent will show you to the apartment and show you how all appliances work. They will also give you details on the surrounding areas.

Deposit of £100 per week is payable at time of booking.

The following cancellation charges apply: 42+ days = deposit, 28 - 41 days = 50%, 14 - 27 days = 75% and 0 - 14 days = 100%

All balances are due 6 weeks before start of rental period. If payment is not made by due date then the agent reserves the right to cancel. Rentals made within 6 weeks of the start of rental period require full payment at time of booking.

Rental period will commence at 3pm on the first date of rental and end at 11am on the last date. Additional hours may be negotiated if room is available.

The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the number of persons agreed at time of booking.

The client must agree to be considerate and take good care of the property and its contents and leave the apartment clean and tidy at the end of the rental.
