Murcia is known as " The Warm Coast" with an aveage of 315 days of sunshine per year, with an average temperature of 25 degrees c. The area has numerous golf courses which include Roda Golf, La Serena, La Manga and of course access to all the Polaris World courses.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Long Term Lets would be considered. A cleaning charge & meet & greet charge of £55.00 pounds is payable locally to the agent on arrival.
* Deposit of £100.00 is payable when the client confirms the booking. The following cancellation charges will apply: 42+ days = deposit, 21- 41 days = 50%, 14 - 27 days = 75%, and 0-14 days = 100%. A security deposit of £100.00 (against breakages) is payable with the final payment. This would be returned to you within 7 days of your departure after the property has been inspected by the local agents.
* Balance of the rent is payable not less than 6 weeks before start of the rental period.If payment is not received by the due date then the agent reserves the right to cancel.Reservations made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
* The rental period will commence at 1600hrs on the first day and end at 1000hrs on the last day. You can arrange additional hours in the apartment ( lates flights etc) only if the apartment is available and it has to be arranged PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.
* The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the number of persons agreed at time of booking.
* The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and its contents, and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.
