Elle Valle golf resort POLARIS WORLD is a luxury 5 star golf resort. We can accommodate large parties of up to 30 persons in different apartments but in the same block for easy access. This golfing resort is situated in the Costa Calida area of Murcia in southern Spain and enjoys approximately 315 days a year of glorious sunshine, its is purported to be the healthiest part of Europe. It is a top quality destination for golfers of all standards with its vast amount of superb golf courses.

For those not into Golf then you can enjoy the regions top quality blue flag beaches and coves. it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy lots of unspoilt Spanish culture.

There is a courtesy coach which takes you to all the other Polaris Resorts.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Elle Valle Golf Resort is located close to Murcia airport and is perfect for breaks from the UK. It is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and numerous golf course including La Serena, Roda Golf, La Managa, Hacienda del Alamo, Mosa Trajectum and La Torre, which are all with a 30 minute drive. There are many small towns around the resort with great restaurants and beautiful promenades.

Murcia is one of the sunniest regions within the Costa Calida sunny and hot with temperatures sometimes rising above 21º C, A vast expansive Mediterranean coast line with stark contrasts on one side with mountains and national parks and miles of sunny beaches. Murcia's waters are ideal for swimming with their hidden coves and their often quite beaches.

For those of you who are environmentally aware you will find much of the indigenous trees and plants present in the beautiful surrounding nature reserves.

The sheer differences in all Murcia has to offer be it Sandy beaches nature reserves or the abundance of Golf to be played make Murcia a fantastic place to enjoy a holiday making it relaxing or as adventurous as you wish.

We are five minutes from Murcia Airport and about 60 minutes from Alicante.

On arrival we can put a welcome pack into the apartment should you reqwuest this at the time of booking this is very useful if you arrive at a late hour. Although we are only 50 Metres away from the local supermarket and this is usually open until around 10.00pm in the evening,

Spanish are famous for their Festivals days and they happen throughout the year in this area Easter Holy week is exceptional when every city, town and village have a procession each day. its a great family experience
Los alcazares is only a 15 minute drive away,offering a range of supermarkets,bars,night life,cafes & restaurants, some of the highest quality fish are served in these family friendly restaurants. The historic town of lorca,Murcia has lots of cafes in squares which are tree lined, the typical Spanish family friendly atmosphere, Then there is the roman port of Cartagena which is a beautiful site to visit.

If you have one of our apartments with an outside Jacuzzi and request the preparation of the outside Jacuzzi for your arrival customers feedback reques that we cost this extra facility seperately to the general cleaning of the apartment as the Jacuzzi is usually only requested through the summer months, we have therefore taken it out of the normal cleaning costs in case you do not require that facility. Please request this at the time of booking - there is an additional Euros 15 payable locally for the safe preparation.

Long Term Lets would be considered

We can accomodate large/corporate bookings in apartments next door to each other

• Deposit of 30% is due when the client confirms the booking. The following cancellation charges will apply: – 56+days= deposit, 28-41days= 50%, 14-27days= 75% and 0-14days= 100%.

• Balance of the rent is payable not less than 8 weeks before start of rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, the Agent reserves the right to give notice in writing, that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

• The Client is strongly advised to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc., since this is not covered by the Owner's insurance.

• The rental period will commence at 1600hrs on the first day and end at 1000hrs on the last day. We will not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the Client will not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.

Prior to arrival if possible you can negotiate additional hours in the room (say late flight etc.,) only if apartment is available and it definately has to be arranged PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

• The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the number of persons agreed on when confirming booking.

• The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and its contents, and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. You agree to report to us without delay any defects to the property or breakdown of equipment/appliances within the property or building in which it is located. We will arrange to repair or replace as soon as possible, if out of our control we will report to the right people.On arrival you agree to co-operate in checking the inventory of the property. Before your arrival our staff will have made their own checks. Our staff will also provide quantities of bedding applicable to the size of your party. Plus any options (such as towels). You are responsible for ensuring that details of any items missing or damaged are reported immediately to our representative on the number provided. Any discrepancy otherwise between the starting inventory and the items checked after your departure or anything arising from the behaviour or negligence of you or a member of your party then a charge will be billed to you at the cost of repair or replacement. Under this agreement you consent to us billing any such supplementary charges to your credit card following your stay.

There is no call out charges for genuine emergencies beyond your control, such as leaks, break-ins or any problem that requires urgent repair to maintain habitability and safety to you, members of your party and the property.
