The apartment comprises of 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private Jacuzzi on the south facing terrace overlooking the breath taking views of the 7th fairway and the mountains.
Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, It also has access to the very large south facing terrace with jacuzzi.
On the resort, there are tennis courts, childrens play areas, lots of green areas for children to run around and great mounds to climb for the energetic and adventerous child. The resort has many communal swimming pools so when it comes to swimming your are spoilt for choice.
El Valle is a great place to chillout, relax, and reconnect with yourself and loved ones. While the golf lover enjoys a round of golf on the breathe taking Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, others can either soak and relax in the large out door private Jacuzzi on the terrace or enjoy a dip in one of the communal pools and then get a tan or/and a massage by the pool.
At the end of the day you can enjoy a meal with loved ones in the club house and watch the sunset across the beaches of the Mar Menor.

This professional course is well integrated into the mountainous natural landscape and puts a premium on accuracy and skill, not power play. Location
El Valle is in a superb location, nestled in a desert valley at the foot of the Carrascoy Mountains. A beautiful area with breath taking views of the mountains and the Nature Park.
The resort is served by two international airports, the San Javier Airport which is about 15 minutes drive away and the Alicante Airport which is a 50 minutes drive.
It is 10 kilometres from the historic city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. The apartment has its over private Jacuzzi. a great place to relax while taking in the lovely view of the golf course or the mountains. The resort has a natural tranquil and serene feel to it and which help to restore, relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and Spirit.
The terrace also has a huge lazy sofa that can seat 3 and 2 sun loungers go for a great massage or sun bathing
The Club house is a great place to meet other people and catch a meal or chill out over a bottle of wine or some beer.

The El Valle Resort is situated at km4 off the Murcia - San Javier motorway, c3319.
From SAN JAVIER AIRPORT:
Out of San Javier airport. At the roundabout proceed towards San Javier. Take the C3319 towards Murcia. Carry on on the C3319 past Balsicas (you will see the Polaris World Head Office to your left) keep on driving and you will see the La Torre Golf Resort on your left (large complex of white houses). Continue your drive on the C3319 for about 4km, You will see a large sign El Valle Golf Resort, to your right on your left would be a petrol station and Hoya 10 night club. Take exit when you see signpost for Urbanizaciones via de servicio (J4) (in the far distance on your right you should see white villas of El Valle). Follow signs when you get to the small roundabout. Straight road leads into the Gate House of the Resort.
If you miss the exit, take the next one for Mosa Trajectum and turn back via a small parallel service road that will take you to the small roundabout mentioned above. Don't turn around on the C3319 as it will take longer.

We stayed for 9 days at the apartment and whilst I am a golf fanatic, I had promised the family that I would keep the golf clubs at home this time. Even with me not playing golf, we did not run out of things to do. The club has good facilities on-site such as Tennis courts, gym and restuarants to name a few. Also as long as you have a rental car which is a must, you have easy access to all the attractions in the nearby area. No shortage of places to visit for more cultural based tours and/or sit-down and relax with the kids in the local water parks etc. Apartment was great, spacious for a family of four with all the modern facilities that you would expect. We will be definitely returning for another break in the sun. |
