This penthouse apartment has the lot! Enjoy a prestigious apartment in an unbeatable location within the 5* El Valle resort, with fantastic views and a choice of beautiful pools. It is suitable for small families and groups, golfers and couples.
This is one of the larger apartments on El Valle Golf Resort, with two bedrooms equipped with fitted wardrobes, shuttered windows and offering the flexibility of twin beds or doubles.
The best thing of all about this marvellous apartment is the outside! The four French-made timber framed glazed doors open up onto a superb and wonderfully spacious terrace for outside dining, sunbathing and basically the perfect al fresco life! In fact, we think you'd be hard pressed to find a better one on the whole resort, but we'll let you be the judge of that: check out the view on the photos.
And we're not finished! This is one of only a few apartments with a rear terrace as well. Capable of accommodating four adults around a nice wooden table; what better place to enjoy those early evening aperitifs? If sunbathing is your thing, the apartment faces east so the large front terrace gets the sun in the morning until late afternoon, and then you can wander around to the back until the sun sets!
All that and you're only a five-minute stroll from the clubhouse, driving range, tennis courts, putting green, bars, gym, supermarket and centre of the resort.

Our intention is to provide visitors with a 'home from home' from which to relax and enjoy the resort, golf course and local facilities, or to use as a base for exploring the wider area. The apartment is fully air conditioned, with heating for the cooler winter months.
The lounge / diner offers a perfect combination for indoor relaxation and dining, again fully furnished to the highest standards and finished with a new Sony 26" flat screen TV, with English channels via satellite including BBC, ITV, Channels 4 & 5, so you don't have to worry about missing the latest episode of Eastenders or Coronation Street! You also have the use of a CD/DVD player, with complimentary use of our small DVD collection, although you may prefer to bring your own. Alternatively, why not bring your iPod and fit it to our dock?
Moreover, the deluxe kitchen, which has views of the swimming pool and golf course, is finished with a beautiful marble work surface and is equipped with Bosch appliances throughout, including fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The two bedrooms can be set up as either twin rooms or double rooms, using zip beds. The floor to ceiling bedroom cupboards allow storage for a large suitcase in each, and full length mirrors are provided. In addition, a hair-dryer and hair straighteners minimise the need to carry lots of luggage. Both bedrooms open out onto the rear terrace, with views of the mountains and landscaped areas. Bedside tables and lamps are also provided.
The two bathrooms allow couples and individuals additional privacy, and have been fitted out to provide a jacuzzi bath with overhead shower in one, and an extended walk-in shower in the other.
We have provided a fire blanket, first aid kit and smoke alarm, which are situated within the kitchen.
The balcony has views to the mountains and a small table with four chairs, perfect for an evening drink. The orientation of the apartment and the outdoor space means that there is access to both sun and shade from early in the morning until early evening, allowing residents to fully enjoy outdoor living whilst on holiday.
The large shared swimming pool serves only two to three blocks, and so still feels relatively private. Sun loungers are provided.
The beautiful swimming pool is immediately in front of the apartment and is for the exclusive use of residents, with two more pools within a 1-2 minute walk, meaning that it's normally nice and quiet.
The penthouse apartment is easily accessible via a shared lift, and there is plentiful parking right outside the building.
All that and you're only a five-minute stroll from the clubhouse, driving range, putting green, bars, gym, supermarket and centre of the resort.
And don't forget, this isn't any old golf resort - it is Polaris World's flagship, built to the highest standards and on a much lower density than any of the competition, which are positively crowded by comparison.
The golf course is a medium length, par-71 golf course, situated in a beautiful natural desert valley, and considered to be one of the best in the area. The resort also offers a generous and scenic driving range with direct views of the mountains.
Residents benefit from discounted green fees, and look out also for the special offers to play the other Polaris golf courses in the area (including La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme, and Mar Menor).

About this location
The Murcia region
The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of Spain. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria. Translating as the "Warm Coast" Costa Calida forms the coastline of the Murcia region. Well known for its mild climate, it enjoys sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year, more than any other in region in Spain. The sun is at its hottest during the summer months, with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Winters are typically very mild with averages hovering around 18°C (64°F).
Murcia is a cosmopolitan city and is a must see, with its large department stores and shopping centres. This thriving city boasts cinemas, theatres, museums, concerts, art galleries & exhibitions, the casino of Murcia and also many bars and restaurants set in idyllic squares where you can try Murcia's fabulous cuisine.
Murcia city with its historic cathedral is only a 10 minute drive from El Valle Golf Resort. It boasts the recently opened Nuevo Condominia shopping mall and with some 22 shops, 50 restaurants, bowling alley and a 6 screen cinema is an absolute must for the ardent shopper.
The port of Cartagena is well worth a visit with its narrow winding streets containing shops, cafes and restaurants. Sit and relax in the port area in one of the many bars and restaurants overlooking the harbour.
THE MAR MENOR (The Little Sea)
Just 15 minutes from El Valle, the Mar Menor is a 130 square km natural salt water lagoon. Its warm shallo water and soft sandy beaches with numerous cafes, bars and children's play areas make it an ideal place for all the family.
Water sports enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with sailing (The Mar Menor has its own sailing club) canoeing, swimming, waterskiing, jet-skiing, fly-surfing and windsurfing to name a few.
For the children there is a new Terra Natura Animal Park and Aqua Park both situated approx 10 minutes drive from El Valle Golf Resort The water park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and animal park (Terra Natura Murcia) is situated near Murcia City & Nueva Condominia shopping centre.
Visit the El Valle natural park for walking, mountain biking or just sitting and relaxing in this beautiful setting.
The beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy driving distance.
This region is filled with history, natural beauty, activities and attractions that can fill your days with fun and excitement. Alternatively it can be relaxing enjoying the villa and pool itself or indeed a golfer's paradise.

There are numerous other excellent golf courses nearby including La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme and Roda Golf.
From San Javier (Murcia) Airport follow signs to Murcia and the c3319. Follow the c3319 for approx 15km, once you pass Polaris Worlds La Torre Golf Resort on the left hand side, look for a sign on the right hand side 'Urbanization El Valle' (look for a tall 'El Valle' advertising sign). Take this exit where you will shortly come to a roundabout, take the second exit, this road will take you down an avenue of trees to the security main entrance barrier (use the 'residents' side).
From Alicante Airport follow the sign for Murcia/Cartagena A7. After approx 20km take the exit for Cartegena AP7. Follow the Ap7 for approx 60km (this will take you through 2 Tolls which cost approx 2.95 euros) and then take the exit sign posted C3319. Follow the c3319 for approx 15km and once you pass Polaris Worlds La Torre Golf Resort on the left hand side, look for a sign on the right hand side 'Urbanization El Valle' (look for a tall 'El Valle' advertising sign).
