Villa Lucinda is a stunning front line luxury villa with far reaching views to the mountains directly opposite a tranquil lake on the fairway. The interior has been styled to give it a modern crisp contemporary feel for all to enjoy and relax in.
Inside there are 3 large double bedrooms (1 en suite with Jacuzzi/whirlpool bath and shower) aswell as a second shower room and W/C, a modern fitted kitchen, with a separate enclosed utility area. The large lounge with the high catherdal ceilings gives the 'WOW' factor. Then open the french doors into your own private pool and BBQ area with a variety of private patio areas to fully enjoy your alfresco dining.

Villa Interior
The villa is furnished to ensure that your holiday is first class.
The villa benefits from both full air conditioning and central heating when required.
The high cathederal windows and vaulted ceiling create a cool atmostphere for you to relax on the soft leather sofas and enjoy the 32" TV, Satellite TV with English & Spanish channels. We have also provided an Xbox360, a Playstation 2, Nintendo Wii and DVD players, there is a large selection of games and DVDs for both young and old to enjoy. Or simply dream through the glazed triple french doors opening onto the private pool and unsurpassable landscaped area and tranquile lake beyond. The floor to ceiling fireplace creates a wonderful focal point during cosy evenings indoors.
The dining area, seating six, has a solid oak table and leather dining chairs.
There is an entertainment system including radio, CD, MP3 and IPOD docking station to create the perfect atmostphere inside or out.
All the large windows around the villa fully open to create an airy atmostphere whilst inside.
The 3 bedrooms have luxury linen and comfortable beds with which you can relax into after a hard days golfing, shopping, exploring or sunbathing.
There are two twin rooms and 1 double master bedroom all with Tv's and a DVD player 1 double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests, sleeping upto a maximum of 8 persons.
Each bedroom has large fitted wardrobes with drawer space. Bedside cabinates also with drawers. We have also added a TV and DVD player to help you and the family relax (DVD's can be played through the games consoles in the twin rooms).
There is a very large selection of XBOX360,PS2 games and DVD films (approx 100 discs) for all to enjoy. We have now also included a Nintendo Wii console and a large selection of games for both young and old to enjoy. We realise that if the younger members of the family are happy and reflaxed then the older members will be too.
The en-suite master bedroom has a jacuzzi spa bath including shower, surrounded by beautifully marble tiled walls, duel sinks and large mirror along with WC and bidet.
There is a large shower in the main bathroom with WC and bidet.
The separate kitchen has everything you need to create a simple lunch or gourmet meal. There is a cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and large American style fridge/freezer with built in drinks/ice making facility.
The separate enclosed utility room houses a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, additional sink.
Villa Exterior
The patio and private pool allow you to enjoy the sunshine and to cool down in the luxury of your own private pool.
There is a covered patio area with lighting and ceiling fans where alfresco dining for 6 people can be enjoyed whilst cooking on the built in barbeque
There are five luxury sun lounges to relax in comfort whilst sunbathing.
Adjacent to the pool there is an external shower and further seating area under the pergoda.
Under the pergoda is a dining table and seating for six which may be used with or without the sun parasol
To the front of the property there is additional seating provided as well as off road parking for two vehicles.
The access to the front door and the two side entrances have two small steps. Beyond these the villa is level access. Ideal for seniors and children.
There are a number of children's play areas around the site and the nearest is less than a two minutes walk, with seating.
It is a 20 minute walk to the golf club house, restaurant, bar and supermarket.
The treelined avenues provide the ideal environment for joggers and cyclists to take in the wonderful mountain views within the valley.
There are beaches within 20 minutes drive away and you can also access La Manga by ferry.
NB. The games consoles quoted in the villa description are intended for our own use but we are happy for guests to use this equipment.

The Murcia region


The beautiful urbanization of El Valle is reputed to be the "Jewel in the Crown" of all Polaris World's developments and is nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometers from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. The main feature of the area is Mar Menor - or little sea - which is a huge natural salt water lagoon home to wildlife, watersports and many healing qualities in the thermal waters.
The region boasts the most hours of sunshine in Spain per year at 3000 hrs (320 days) and has little rain throughout the year.
The area is typically Spanish with many areas being untouched by tourism.
Golfing is proving popular in the area with the world famous La Manga resort being close to the Mar Menor sea.
Numerous other golf courses are available to play in the area and at least 15 are within 30 minutes drive of El Valle with many more planned.
The El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
El Valle is an 18 hole par 71 championship golf course with Clubhouse with restaurant and bars, driving range, putting green and resident professional.
The desert-links styled golf course was specially designed by Jack Nicklaus and arguably boasts the finest example of this type of course in Europe with lush fairways, superb greens and undulating around lake and rock out-croppings.
As a guest of El Valle there is a free courtesy bus to the golf courses at La Torre, Mar Menor and Hacienda Riquelme known as the Nicklaus Golf Trail. Polaris are also in the process of building a beach club at La Manga for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.
There are many places of interest to visit, of course the beautiful beaches, the historical city of Murcia, go exploring the local towns with friendly bars and restaurants, there are countless places of interest in an area steeped in history, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, water sports, hiking and cycling is only the tip of the iceberg.
20 mins you can be at the first aquapark in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura is now open.
Terra Natura Wildlife Park , Murcia, will cover an area of 13 hectares and will be home to more than 400 animals The park will have some unique attractions, perhaps one of the most ambitious plans is to recreate the Masai Mara natural park which is situated in East Africa.
Terra Natura has had major success with its park near Benidorm where it has become an established tourist and visitor attraction. There you can swing over an elephant enclosure, or go swimming with baby sharks.
There is a serious side to the attraction as nearly 1% of its ticket sales are ploughed into the Terra Natura Foundation, which as you might expect is dedicated to the long term welfare of animals both in the parks and in the wild.
Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas:
One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride)
The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sunbeds.
The swimming pool has a separate children's pool.
For those who like shopping there is a selection of malls to choose from, for example:
Dos Mares (20 mins) - has a selection of small shops, bars and restaurants, cinema, bowling and Eroski supermarket.
Cartegena (30 mins) – Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Toys r Us , Media Mart, garden centre, Casa and more plus a huge indoor mall with various shops on 2 levels, can easily spend the day there.
Nueva Condomina at Murcia (30 mins) a vast new shopping mall on 2 levels, next to Ikea.
Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
