The apartment is located in one of the most charming areas of Jerez, right next to the ancient wall. Since the property is in the touristic area, the best amenities and points of interest are in walking distance. Barrio Santiago, the birthplace of Flamenco, is just a few metres away, as well as the Porver and Larga streets, which boast the best restaurants and shops of the city.

Although it maintains its original façade from the 18th Century, the entire building is a brand new construction that is of an excellent quality.

Parquet floors, wooden doors, air conditioning in a functional apartment, bright and with a spacious terrace to enjoy the sun and the warm nights without being too far from all the restaurants, pubs, shops and the tourist area of Jerez.

On the handover of keys, the total invoice must be paid.

Once the keys have been returned, on departure, 100% of the security deposit will be returned if no damages have been incurred.

The location of Jerez in the geographical centre of the Cadiz province, the new infrastructure and motorways, the expected arrival of the AVE high-speed train (along with Barcelona, the only city with an AVE connection in its airport), and its proximity to the beaches make the city a tourist venue with no precedents.
