Since the property is in the touristic area, the best amenities and points of interest are in walking distance. Barrio Santiago, the birthplace of Flamenco, is just a few metres away, as well as the Porver and Larga streets, which boast the best restaurants and shops of the city.
Although it maintains its original façade from the 18th Century, the entire building is a brand new construction that is of an excellent quality.

On the second floor of an eight-apartment building, this flat enjoys entrancing views of the historical centre of the city, with its churches, sherry cellars, and the lush gardens of Plaza de Mendoza.
A security deposit of 50% of the total fee is required when the booking has been confirmed.
On the handover of keys, the total invoice must be paid.
Once the keys have been returned, on departure, 100% of the security deposit will be returned if no damages have been incurred.
The Andalucia region
The location of Jerez in the geographical centre of the Cadiz province, the new infrastructure and motorways, the expected arrival of the AVE high-speed train (along with Barcelona, the only city with an AVE connection in its airport), and its proximity to the beaches make the city a tourist venue with no precedents.
