The apartment is located less than 100 metres from the beach. Due to its prime penthouse location It has incredible sea views from the front terrace and rooftop solarium, the lounge & two bedrooms. At the back of the property are some truly stunning mountains. These can be viewed from the kitchen, bedroom and the rooftop solarium. The Costa de Almeria region
Costa de Almeria averages over 300 days of sunshine every year. It has great all year temperatures i.e. day time temperatures of 15 degrees + during the winter months. With early and late summer temperatures being an ideal range between 20 & 28 degrees. For the real heat / sun worshippers August will top 45 and overnight temperatures average around 25 degrees. The early & late summer period avoids the real crowds. For the real buzz and atmosphere of many people the height of the summer is the time to visit.
El Pozo Del Esparto area
El Pozo is a small Spanish village. It has its own secluded private beaches and coves. The locals enjoy fishing from the rocks.
Away from the beaches ifhas unspoilt mountain ranges to explore.
3 kms down the coast is a larger town called San Juan, here you will find manhy restaurants, bars, a large supermarket, shops, a beautiful promenade and beach with many chiroquitos.
The world famous Desert Springs golf course is located just 15 kms away.
There is the Vera Playa waterpark 18 kms away.
How to get there
Fly cheap airlines to Almeria Or Murcia both less than 100 kms with very good road links.
Alicante is also a straight forward motorway drive but some 150 kms away.
