Villa la Parra is the holiday home in which dreams are made of as it is situated on the front-line of El Palmar beach, only a 50m stroll away. The luxuriously furnished interior gives you the feeling of being in your own private 5 star suite at the London Hilton and yet it is still has a warm and homely feel about it too. Its design is themed around the wines of this region and you will also see some hand picked Moorish features to create a real blend of the local architectural influences. The living room is light and lavishly furnished with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, air-conditioning and incorporates the dining area. The kitchen is elegant and very well equipped whilst the two bedrooms (one double, one twin) are tastefully decorated with relaxing soft furnishings. There is a good sized family bathroom with high quality fixtures and fittings as well as underfloor heating and a quiet study equipped with internet connection from which to write your postcards or catch up on e-mails whilst away from home.

There are several seating areas and places in the garden to and soak up the sunshine, relax and read a book whilst listening to the sea and dine outdoors under the covered terrace. Settle down as the evening draws in on the large roof terrace to watch the crimson sunset across the Atlantic Ocean until you can see the lights of Tangier on the Coast of Morocco in the distance. This truly is the jewel of the El Palmar front line beach properties and the perfect luxury retreat in which to spend your holiday.

Villa Parra is located almost at the end of the narrow cul-de sac coastal road that runs along the beach of El Palmar. Outside of the high season summer months, there is very little traffic. Over the past decades more and more private homes and holiday cottages have been added to this originally very small hamlet which stretches along 7 km of soft beach and sand dunes. However, El Palmar has not lost any of its original charm and is still predominantly a rural location. This is paradise for anyone who loves unspoilt wild beaches. We highly recommend a one-hour walk to Conil along the beach and the protected landscape behind it. On the narrow coastal road of El Palmar you will find plenty of bars and restaurants - from simple and rustic food to sophisticated fish cuisine. There is a small but well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, fishmonger and a butchers shop in the village.
