Please email for information and availability of our villa Casa Luca and Casa Dia Del Sol with private pool which are pictured, and also our 3 bed groundfloor beachfront apartment which is in the same courtyard as this one. These details are for our 4 bedroom Poblado Pescador Apartment which is typically Spanish and set within a gated courtyard frontline to the Promanade and beach of El Mojon. From the lounge there is a large balcony with table and chairs for relaxing or dining that overlooks the stunning beach, there is also a private roof terrace reached via communal stairs which has sunloungers, BBQs shower and wc. Within the courtyard there is a communal pool with a separated shallow area for children. The local bars and restaurants of El Mojon are a short stroll away with more beach bars/restaurants open in Summer. For a more lively nightlife the towns of San pedro, Lo Pagan, Pilar and Caba Roix are within 10 mins. Many Golf courses are within a 20 min drive.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
This area enjoys on average 320 days of sunshine each year,El Mojon is a typical Spanish village/resort, it has a very relaxed atmosphere, there are 5 bars/restaurants and 1 supermarket that open all year, another supermarket is seasonal and there are a few more bars/restaurants (including beach bars) that open for the summer. There is a small rocky beach for about 500 mtrs that the locals fish from, then to either side there are clean sandy beaches that run into the next village of Torre on one side and along to the nature reserve and Marina at the other. In summer you can meet on the promanade and join in a class of aerobics, beach walking or Tai Chi etc, there is also a small children's park and football and basketball areas were people join in. Nearby are the Spanish towns of San Pedro Del Pinitar, Pilar de la Horadada, and Lo Pagan, they all have numerous shops, bars, churches etc to explore, it takes about 5 mins by car and 30 - 40 mins to walk. At Lo Pagan the famous saltwater lagoon the Mar Menor starts here you can hire boats and pedalo's, take the ferry across to the la manga strip or a boat trip to the little islands in the Mar Menor, and also it is the site for the healing spa mud baths. there is a loveley walk to the site of the old bridge that connected the La Manga Strip to the mainland. The new 5* Spa Hotel has just opened this year (between El Mojon and Lo Pagon) it has an amazing thalassotherapy pool also a smaller children's pool and offers a large range of health and beauty treatments. The historical cities of Cartagena and Murcia are only 30 - 40 min drive and the mountains are also a short drive away to discover. For the more active there are the large water parks and Safari parks at Murcia (40 mins) and Benedorm,(2+ hrs) or smaller aqua park ar Rojales (40 mins) Golf courses are in abundance, Campoamar, Villa Martin, Polaris world etc and of course the world famous La Manga club with all its sport facilities. Cycling (bike hire is available), Horse Riding, Mountain Biking, Bird Watching, Tennis, Sailing, Diving, Paragliding, Water Skiing and Surfing are all available locally. San Javier(Murcia) Airport is only 15 mins away, Alicante Airport 45 mins, we offer a collection service from both airports or can provide very competitive car hire prices. El Mojon, Costa Calida area
El Mojon is a typical Spanish resort, there are a few bars/ restaurants with more beach bars that open in the summer also doing lovely Tapas etc. there are 2 supermarkets, a Farmacia and a handfull of small shops. The Spanish Towns of San Pedro, Lo Pagan and Pilar are within walking distance or less than 5 mins by car. There is a new 5* Thalossotherapy hotel and complex just on the outskirts of El Mojon with indoor pool and beauty treatments. The San Pedro nature reserve and Salinas borders one side of the village with all its fauna and flora. To the front of El Mojon there are lovely safe beaches and promanade, bike paths, and boardwalks that run from the nature reserve all along El Mojon and to the next village of Torre.

Further details indoors: From the front entrace door, it leads to a Kitchen with utility area, large lounge with dining area and balcony, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom off the lounge. The other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are separate and located just opposite the front entrance door.
Further details outdoors: Our 4 bed apartment is first floor. Our 3 bed apartment is groundfloor with garden The villa's are set back from the beach (about a 2-3 minwalk) both have gardens and Casa Dia Del Sol has a private pool.

Our agents can provide transfers from airports and are on hand locally if you have any queries. The cleaning fee is payable to our agents and is 70 euros for a 3 bed property and 80 euros for a 4 bed property. Should you require a laundry change or clean during your stay this can be arranged with our agents.
Conditions
A 20% deposit secure the booking, the balance is due on or before 2 months prior to arrival. For winter lets there is a gas heater, extra electric heaters are available to hire from our agents the cost is 10 euros per heater per week.
