The Tenerife region
Situated in the South of Tenerife in a small, typically Canarian village of El Salto. This property is within walking distance of a mini-market, traditional village bakery, a local bar and an excellent Restaurant. The property is surrounded by countryside and is in an ideal setting to relax. The Villa is close to the main road networks and is in a prime location for exploring the Island. A car is necessary to enhance your holiday experience. The beach, mountains and the many other attractions that the Island has to offer, are easily accessible from this location.
El Medano / Granadilla area
The beach resort of El Medano is just a short drive away (9km). A paradise for windsurfers and those looking to avoid the more commercial resorts. It has a beautiful 'blue flag' beach just off the town square where you will also find many bars and restaurants, all supplying a varied cuisine, Canarian and International. Further along the coast are the well-know resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas with their white sandy beaches and bustling night-life.
It is an excellent base for golfers (with a choice of 6 different golf courses) . It is also ideal for exploring the entire Island due to its' easy access to the motorway links. This area is well known to wind and kite surfers and a favourite for families who enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the beautiful sandy beaches.

When you view your map of Tenerife, you will find us only a short distance from Tenerife South Airport. We are not in the flight path and approximately 10 minutes journey by car. The village of El Salto is typically Spanish and the local grocery store is only 200 metres from the entrance of the driveway.

Further details indoors: The Lounge is well proportioned and has a leather sofa, suitable for viewing the TV, DVD or simply gazing out over the Terrace and Pool. The dining area is toward the rear of the property with table and seating for four. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with everything you should require for your holiday away from home. A double Sofa Bed is also available when required.
The Master bedroom is indeed a very large room with a purpose built, hand crafted stone 'headboard'. The wardrobes have also been hand made and are fully fitted. The main bathroom is brand new with floor to ceiling tiling, bath, shower, WC, bidet , and vanity sink unit. Beautifully finished!
All building features in this property have been lovingly restored or built from scratch to a professionally high standard.
Further details outdoors: The outside terraces are a holidaymaker's dream. Spacious and private. Ideal for sunbathing by the swimming pool. There is also an extended 'wrap-around' roof shaded patio, ideal for those that need a break for the suns rays and for sitting and relaxing in a cool breeze!
The outside dining area is very comfortable, seats four, has a parasol and is directly accessible to a traditional BBQ.
