This Delightful, 2 bedroomed Apartment is situated directly on the Seafront, in the centre of El Medano, near the 'Blue Flag' Family Beach and overlooking a quaint Harbour.
Ideal for Families and Couples who want a relaxing, Sun-drenched Holiday Break!

Apartment 17 is fully equipped and has everything necessary for 'little ones'! One Double room, a Twin bedded room and the option of a Double Sofa bed in the Lounge - sleeping a Maximum of Six. Cot and high-chair are also available.
The American style kitchen has everything you would expect in your own home! The comfy Lounge has a TV, DVD, Video, CD player and an excellent selection of films for all.

Situated on the Ground Floor, in a quiet Residential Complex , the Terrace directly faces the Pool and Sun-Bathing area and appreciates a very Sunny disposition.
There is a local shop behind the Complex (supplying fresh baked bread daily) and a Supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away.

Both bedrooms are spacious and have ample wardrobe space.
Families using this Apartment will find everything necessary for their children. Cot with linen, High-chair, baby changing mat, soft toys etc. There are also numerous children's Disney Videos.
The American Style kitchen has an electric Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Toaster, Kettle, Iron and Ironing board.

Further details outdoors:
The Terrace has a Patio Dining table and chairs for 4, with a Sun Parasol.
The Terrace then leads down a couple of steps, directly to the Sun Bathing area around the Swimming Pool. This is where the Sun Loungers can be found.
The Complex is completely secure with intercom-link for the front gates.
Nearby, a children's play areas can be found.

El Medano is the 'New Place' to be!

Only a short drive from the South Airport, approximately 10 minutes and 10 euros by taxi.
The Town is very Friendly , with a welcoming 'Relaxed' Atmosphere. The natural beaches of El Medano boast 'Blue Flag' reputation and are particularly suitable for Families and Sun-Worshippers alike! Further along this coast, the beaches lend themselves to Windsurfing and Kite-boarding, if your feel energetic! Enthusiasts can climb Red Mountain or you can simply stroll the Promenade and enjoy the Stunning Views!

There are numerous Bars and Restaurants, Supermarkets, Chemists, Speciality Shops, Boutiques and a large local Market every Saturday in the Main Square that is worth a visit!
Golfers take note! - there are 2 International Courses nearby. Golf del Sur boast one with PGA reputation and is only 6 km away. Have Fun!
