Situated near Montana Pelada this Villa is beautifully appointed and in a very quiet area of El Medano. Although semi-detached, privacy is afforded by an extended wall, enclosing the heated swimming pool/ sun terrace as well as the garden and BBQ dining area. A sunbathers paradise and a safe haven for families. The upstairs, comprises one very large Master double bedroom with an impressive vaulted ceiling and a balcony that has stunning panoramic sea views. Also upstairs is the Master bathroom. Downstairs the spacious open plan, kitchen, dining and lounge area lead off to the second twin bedded room and additional WC and shower room. The large patio doors from the lounge open onto the terrace and swimming pool area. This Villa is only a few metres from the beach. A further 20mins walk (2 mins drive) takes you to the main Town Centre which offers many bars, restaurants and a 'blue flagged' family beach. Other amenities are shops, supermarkets, taxis/public transport.

The Tenerife region
The island of Tenerife is the largest of the Canary archipelago. Mount Teide effectively splits the island in two. Further details indoors: Under the stairs the Owners have added a small utility area for the washing machine and drying area. The modern designed kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, containing:- electric hob and oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. The new three setter leather sofa will also extend into a k/s bed should 6 people need occupancy.
The entire house is newly decorated and modernised. The bathrooms also are completed new and have been beautifully tiled in pale mosaic.
Further details outdoors: The swimming pool is fully heated and has an easy controlled cover on a roller for protection against the elements and also for cleanliness. The sunbathing terrace is spacious and has 4 sun loungers (additional beds can be provided should the need arise). The BBQ is traditionally Spanish Charcoal and easy to use. The BBQ dining terrace has a table and chairs that will accommodate 6 people with plenty of space. There are two upstairs solarium's, one adjoining the master bedroom and a second large terrace. Parking is directly outside the property, part of a small cul-de-sac.

Sorry it has taken so long to reply we have been inundated with work since our return.
